In Punjab or Haryana, small Cart sell this type of chhole kulcha,,,,in which burger buns are used,,,,the only difference is, they use chatni also, like green and red one,and some vendor Toast them with little butter also too make it crispy,,,,i usually eat after my school off when I'm living in Patiala, living near motibhag gurudwara
