  • The finale... Don't move to North Georgia unless you have seen this video of reasons #21-30 not to move here! It's been a lot of fun, and of course every coin is two sided but these are worthwhile to consider as many of my own clients moving in from out of town have been surprised by these points I'm going to be sharing in this video. Hope you enjoy!

Excellant! Thank you!! Is there a town you could recommend that has a great selection of what I would call "better" home spun restaurants, super cute quaintness, and small town events?

Living in Valdosta, I want to move to the north, but I don't want a small town , nor a big one either. I heard you talking about Cummings, and it sounds interesting

What's the best way to determine whether a property you're interested in buying will have good internet coverage?

    • @livinginnorthgeorgiawtimgi2664

Hi Tim! Once you identify a property of interest, you can search for internet service providers via the FCC National Broadband Map: broadbandmap.fcc.gov/home

I've also heard great things about Starlink. Thinking about signing up for myself. They have a 30 day free trial

@@livinginnorthgeorgiawtimgi2664 I have friends of mine who live in rural Oregon who have Starlink. It's not bad, but their service can vary sometimes during the day depending on whether there's a satellite overhead or not (most times of day they're fine).

I do agree with some of the things that you have said. NORTH GEORGIA ONLY HAVE BEAUTIFUL HOMES!! THAT'S ALL. I lived in Alpharetta where the homes are the most beautiful but if you are from big cities and moved to north Georgia you will die of Nostalgia and depression cause you don't have much choices, only watch sports and creeks, such an oppressive and isolated environment.
