Hank really was a caring uncle to Walt Jr., always cracking up raunchy jokes and making him laugh, like he understood his nephew better than Walt tbh. He was willing to do anything to protect Walt's kids from their father, and really had the most righteous intentions throughout the show. Makes you wonder how he would've taken care of had he succeeded against Heisenberg. RIP Shrader

Hank and Maries relationship is underrated it goes from being quirky at the start to Hank being damn right difficult after his accident to being one of the most heart felt connections ive ever seen right before he died as well which made it even more devastating when it happened.
Never got the hate for Marie, yeah she was a bit annoying at times but I still liked her

They really nailed how real cops act and talk with Hank's character. Same sense of humor, etc.
I love the moment at Walts intervention where Hank immediately rips the plastic off the snacks and starts eating the moment Walt comes in. Like he was told he couldn't eat until everyone was there.
The character development in this show was so, so good. Little things like Hank’s love of Shania Twain that gets mentioned throughout the series, it’s silly but THAT is how you make characters relatable. He could have picked any three beautiful famous women and it would have meant nothing, but the specificity of Shania Twain makes it more ridiculous and funny every time.
