- Hey everybody, thanks for watching! In this video we hike to Big Creek Cave Falls in the Ozark National Forest. We planned on camping out along the creek after we saw the waterfall but the combination of not very much open space to put a tent and Angie getting a headache we decided to just make it a day hike. The waterfall was flowing great and even though there were almost a dozen cars at the trailhead the area never felt crowded and we got to enjoy the waterfall to ourselves.
We live close enough to the trail that we were able to make it there and back without taking any stops and kept our distance when passing others on the trail. Stay safe and stay sane in these crazy times. Thank you for watching, hit the thumbs up and subscribe button if you enjoyed!
Another great video! Thank you!
Nice hike and waterfall!
great work my friend
Thanks! Appreciate you watching and sharing kind words 😎
I love this area!
This was our first time, we love it too. Wish it was permitted to explore the cave tho! Can't wait to get back down there and explore that area again one day!
@@WanderingBlock same.. I think I need to make another trip soon.
@@JoplinOutdoorAdventures hopefully next year is a wet one! We just got a 4x4 vehicle so that means more access to more falls 😁
Hey man I enjoy your channel. I hike in hike in the ozark all the time
Appreciate it! As you can see we do too, so many great places!
It looks amazing ..none of the waterfalla i visited in AR this last week had as much water as this
No this was in spring time after a lot of rains. If you don't live too far you should go back March-May. It's so much fun when all the little streams are flowing.
Seems the drone footage always adds a magical touch. Beautiful scenery. TY for sharing!!
I agree, that's why I caved in and bought one 😅 appreciate you watching and sharing the kind words!
amazing ♥️ keep safe always to both of you ate gigi
The Ozark is so beautiful! Thanks for sharing. Have you ever traveled to Colorado? I film mountaineering, ice climbing, and hiking videos out here!
Not since I was a child, I think Colorado and Utah are the top states on our list to visit once we can finally do a road trip again. I'll check out your channel!
@@WanderingBlock Right on, I really hope you enjoy! I have a lot of content coming out this year highlighting the beautiful state.
Live near Eureka Springs and looking for a backpacking community to vibe with..
Ah man, we live out in Vegas now actually. We lived in Branson and it was tough to find any sort of backpacking community..
There's a Facebook group called Backpacking Arkansas: BPA and another group more specifically for the Ozark Highlands Trail. They're pretty solid and you might have luck finding some people to meet up for hikes there.
