This is the first week of my 10 week challenge to lose 20lbs. Over the next 10 weeks I will be vlogging some of the journey and then at the end reveal wether I've done it or not.

Good afternoon Christian. Have you heard of first thing in the morning is to have water with a tablespoon full of Apple cider vinegar in it?? It detoxifies the liver and if you drink a glass of it before every meal it will also fill you up. Just a suggestion..
Might be more helpful if you broke up your walk and biking... Like do one in the morning and another in the afternoon or evening....
Like you said Christian you did it before and can do it again!!
If your joints are feeling stiff or sore best to use bone broth or collagen powder.. I speak from experience here that it only took 3 days of using the collagen powder and my knee was feeling so much better...

Hi, Christian!👋 I enjoyed going along on your walk with you.😊 I know the struggle is real...I'm a junk food junkie and I've really packed on the pounds over the years. Losing weight can be such a difficult task but to be successful you have to have the right mind set. What you said about determination and focus is so true. Hopefully I can take a page from your book and.muster up a bit if focus myself. I'm a bit older than you and have a lot more than 20 lbs. to lose.😐 I'll keep following your journey ( there's no doubt in my mind, you can do it) and hopefully I'll be motivated to start my own weight loss journey.🙏💖Peace and love to you and yours.😊

Great story and much respect for your strength and determination. I found that after 40 it's hard to keep the weight off and now at 50 I'm trying to lose 15 pounds so best of luck to you Christian and I'll follow your progress and use it as an inspiration to lose my 15 pounds 👍

This is great-- the ending had me howling in laughter. Those bikes do hurt! I definitely need to get back to my old workout routine of last winter. I am looking forward to your progress and hope we can be the moral support you deserve to have!

I've been trying to lose weight myself too Christian, I'm 16 and 137.4 lbs (American terms) in UK terms that's...62.324 kg, that may seem like a normal weight but I just feel like I should start working out some more, the normal stuff but still, progress is better than nothing
I'm gonna get in the flow of it next week
    Hopefully.

Sometimes it can be easier to change one routine and then follow with another after you've settled into the first new routine. I'm the same age as you Christian only female and I can definitely relate. If it wasn't for our dog and my love of my vegetable/flower garden I could become stagnant and put on the pounds. All those aches and pains that kick in, in our mid forties can certainly change our mood and willingness to get up and do something. Growing my own veggies has definitely helped my diet at least in the summer and fall it the winter months that I really have to have my mental health on point or I'd likely hibernate like a bear. Best of luck and don't be hard on yourself if you mess up for a few take over that mental challenge and start winning again! 👍

Lol u getting off the bike at the end 😄. I used to struggle with weight. Something ive realized is that all i had to do was cut calories by 500 per day n still eat mostly what i want. Do 20 min of activity 3 to 5 days a week and the weight would.. very slowly.. come off. But thats what u want. It feels effortless and when u do something gradually u tend to make it a long lasting change. If u wanna whip into shape like a movie hero have u seen vshred or the natural transformer programs? I see them all the time they look interesting. Btw, your whole intro could be the start of a motivational meditation.. dont ya think? 😊. And when u take us with u on walks maybe put a cam on your jacket or belt that way we can see your path like we are walking with and u can be free from holding the cam ANNNNDD u can talk to us 😊 Aaanndd u dont have to feel awkward in front of ppl.. unless i guess they wonder why u have a camera facing their way 🤣 idk. Just thoughts ☺. Youre lookin good 🙂

We buy rice in 20 kg bags and I was lifting it to refill the rice container and it was sooo heavy and I suddenly realised that was the amount of weight I have put on over the last 15 years.
