- Life has been so exciting, scary, and crazy since I quit gymnastics. Trying to adjust to a life without hours of training everyday has been super interesting and I've learned a lot about myself. This video was filmed in august and I never got around to editing it until now. I've been super busy recording and working on new projects coming soon. I am so exciting for what's to come! I have a BRAND NEW SINGLE coming out on Septemper 29th that you can pre-save now! More new music this year!

I just have it play within sight while I work, and can watch closer when there's action. Also, I feel it's more honest. I have fur felt hats in brown, grey, silver belly, black and a few straw hats for those summer months. I wear them daily with at shirt and jeans and dress then up with a western style pearl snap or button up and button down shirts

I'm a lifelong fan of various musicians including Waylon Jennings & the Beatles. I used to aspire to a singing career of my own, but I never could connect with the right people so it never panned out. When I was a young lad & my sister was in jr high, she did gymnastics, but it was limited to floor. I 1st heard of you a few days before typing this, when listening to the All Things Gymnastics podcast. Athlete plus musician is a beautiful combination. Keep the music coming! :)

I think Doing music/acting is a great thing for a secondary backup when you are done/doing nothing after playing with any sports cause you can do alot a lot of cool thing with our voices tho

Words only have power if we let them. While I see your point, if she feels good about it it doesn’t really matter what word she uses.
@@wendykerth8778she walked away from a sport she said herself she’d come to hate putting herself through, a sport which consumed her life to the point it was pretty much the only thing she did outside of eating and sleeping and school. Quitting isn’t always negative, and in this case it’s obviously been the best thing for her. She’s had an incredibly successful gymnastics career and is now pursuing other things like music. Quitting whilst you’re ahead is better than pushing yourself even though you’re hating it. Maybe she’ll return to gymnastics in some capacity in later life, but I think one thing she said in this video sums it up best (paraphrased): she now works out at the gym because she wants to, not because she has to, and she enjoys it so much more.

@@dag067 it was in a cinema in Adelaide, I flew from Perth to see it. There were some other screenings in different States as part of a German film festival but none in Perth. Most I've ever spent to see a movie 🤣 but well worth it. ❤
