People don't know how difficult that goal actually was. When Ndidi rises to head the ball and misses, Minamino could have switched off slightly, expecting the ball to be headed away. It takes an extreme amount of concentration to anticipate the ball's flight, controlling it on his chest and smashing it with a side footed volley. Brilliant! Just brilliant!! 👏🏽
Agreed totally. Many players couldn't even technically doing that at training. To strike the volley with force and low on the ground at about 60 degree angle with a twisted body is most challenging for many.

I really think Taki has become a much better player recently, I believe he was only lacking a little bit of confidence, probably because of the quality of our other forwards but recently he has looked much more confident and it shows what a talent there was in there just waiting to come out.
