what about crowdsim3d it doesn't come with any people but can be set up to use any armatures you have and create multiple variations for them its not quite as easy as these but is more customizable
Not sure the price is still the same. But I saw a video on cgdive and he stated it is/was €200... Sorry but that is bonkers compared to peocuradl crowd addon which is $18 and comes with models and animations. Even the more expensive addon populate comes with models and animations. The other is way over priced in comparisoon

How do I get the individual coordinates of each generated person from the procedural crowd generation?
Check the gn node and find where it generates each instance. You should be able to preview data in the sheet
