It's just painful to watch Ric flair you had a great career give It up you proved your point let others continue and build on there legacy
Flair is one of the greatest of all time. I hope this gives him closure on what is an incredible career. Time to hang up those boots Nature Boy and we thank you for your service to the industry
Who else here in NC is old enough to remember seeing Tony and David together back then interviewing Flair on tv?
Bret, Mick, Taker here to pay Respect to the nature boy ❤️.
Enjoy your life Ric on of the best to ever do It ❤️
What an absolute Legend hats off to you Ric flair at 73 an still the man
One thing i liked about this event was the classic set feel to it.
Some just can't walk away. It's like watching the wrestler movie for real. Why couldn't he just leave the retirement WWE gave him alone, that was great. This was just sad.
Debt makes people do desperate things.
@@Black-bn6ic yes, unfortunately
He retired for TNA a few years later but even that was over 10 years ago
@M M well he and many other wrestlers have talked about his financial problems through the years. But I think he's one that can't walk away. Been living the role for so many years he doesn't know how to be himself ( minus the spot light )
Ric flaie was suppose to retire after he's match with shawn at wrestlemania 24 but he still wrestle in tna I hope myself he's stop because he say he will wrestle until the day he dies and never retire when he was in the wwe good lord he needs to retire
Man watching Ric last match, I feel like I was outta breath for him, like I’m helping him breath and do what he does. Man is a legend.
Not sure I’d say this is a “highlight” reel but it most certainly is a reel 🤣
It's really annoying clickbait
@@saidraalien6837 Yeah and he cut it short. Disliked the video just for pissing me off.
It's reel to me, damn it.
Of course he had to bleed. Now if he doesn't get married and divorced AGAIN, then he'll be retired for good.
@@Robocoppat Number 6 is on the way!
73 years old and still covered in blood wrestling, inspirational❤️
Thanks for the memories Mr. Flair
Thank you Nature Boy we love you and so much respect 🙏💙
This is THE man, the legend of all! If you were old enough to watch him live during his prime, youd know why. This man is of a different DNA, they dont make them like this anymore! God bless RF.
r#pist
Taker was the only one that actually looked concerned about his health lol
Thank you Nature Boy. There will NEVER be another one like you.
Forget about Buddy Rogers?
It’s crazy he’s 70+ years old, and still doing this.. he’s starting to realize his time is slowly ticking away, soon he’s not gonna be able to move like he can.. it’s sad thing to say but time is your worst enemy.
WHETHER YOU LIKE IT, OR DON'T LIKE IT... LEARN TO LOVE IT, BECAUSE IT'S THE BEST THING GOING TODAY!!! TO BE THE MAN, YOU GOTTA BEAT THE MAN!!! WHOOO!!!
Thank you Ric...one of the 🐐...
Woooooo!!!
I've been watching WWF/WWE and wrestling in general for 20-21 years; started when I was about 3 or 4 years old. Now I'm 24. I've seen almost every decade. The 80s, 90s, 2000s and 2010s, it's still filles me with nostalgia the same amount as when I was a kid. I turn into a big ass child whenever I watch wrestling 😂😂😭❤️
That doesn't add up
Ric is the kiss of wrestling. I loved ric back in wcw.
It was really a great classic Ric Flair match. 🤗
I love Ric and all he did for wrestling ,but God this is painfull to watch and pathetic that is not how i want to remember a legend. The match with HBK should have been his last match
Same, he looked out of it even walking that aisle smh
It was like watching a train wreck in slow motion. It was about 5 minutes of him standing and another 20 laying down on the mat.
What did you expect from someone who is 73 years old. You are a moron if you through Flair could perform at a high level. I like everyone was living in the past and the whole Flair last match was pathetic
So what it was history ffs stop being a typical whiney wrestling fan
@@mattrice3993 First guy to retire 30 times in 15 years is pretty historic.
@@PunkSavage again so what? Why shit on something? Are you just mad your baby weewee cant get wet or something?
@@mattrice3993 Please erase this history immediately. What a joke that was!
Ric Flair is the epitome of the original professional wrestling that watched on weekends growing up. There is something to be said about knowing when to let go...but..we all know that ain't slick ric's style. God bless him ...the Nature Boy! Woooo!!
Gotta love all the wrestlers from the past truly legends. 👍
There’s something both sad and romantic. Ric Flair went until he nothing left. An absolute scoundrel and a flawed man, but you can’t deny when you saw him, you saw a show.
I remember watching Rick Flair in 1985 as a kid I never thought I be seeing him in 2022 still wrestling lol.
I remember watching Flair's parents kick him out of the house in 1965 for flunking out of high school in Minnesota. They then sent him to a private school in Beaver Dam,Wis.(how ironic) where he continued on in his partying ways.(LOL) WHOOOO!!
I have watched the 🐐 since the early 80s, sad day. Sad day indeed. Thank you for the many decades of entertainment! We will miss you! I will miss you! Good bye Champ!
Long live the 1, the ONLY, 'NATURE BOY' RICK FLAIR!
Ric Flair. We Love you Nature Boy. You will never die. Absolute legend. WOOOOOOOOOOOO
Died a long time ago just like the auto industry in Detroit.
2:19 Ric: “I Almost Died There”
Lord knows I didn't grow up around Ric Flair but I watch vintage wrestling and Lord knows he's still got it even 50 years later
Gotta be the saddest thing I ever seen.
2049: "To honour the 100th birthday of 19times Heavyweight Champion and 5 times Hall of Famer, Ric Flair, we will show you now like every year the new "last match of Ric Flair"....
Awesome thanks you thru all years of all generation icons.
Didn't he already have a huge :"last match" over in wwe? this was hard to watch
I would like to see Ric come out of retirement and headline WrestleMania against Roman Reigns. Dream match. Please do this before Ric becomes too old
Ric Flair is Wrestling! The best of All Times.
Ric Flair has done it all and I’m glad he has put the robe and boots away now. It’s so great how Mick, Bret, and Mark came to support him in his final match
Undertaker looks way healthier in street clothes than in the ring LOL!
What a legend.
Sir salute u for your contribution in WWE
Man he’s not retiring he always come back 🤷🏽♂️
This man IS professional wrestling. Poetic
No brother Hulk Hogan is pro wrestling 😂😀
@@jerrymalisewski2061 wtf no hogan sucks only knows 3 moves
@@lcruz4223 come on brother you know the hulkster is the man. Ric flair only knows three moves too the tomahawk chop the leg lock and had a fall on his face LOL

Honor a quien honor merece, sin duda alguna, el mejor luchador en la historia de esta industria!!!
Ric first "retired" back in the mid 90s, he always came back, i thought he was def done at mania 24, but no. I truly hope this is the last time. Ive met him he was a gentleman and i wish him all the best. Woooooo!!!
... ... How nice to know the statement kid made at the end didn't make the "Highlights," even though we built up to hearing it the entire time.
Thank you Ric! Living legend! The best ever! 16x! WOOOOOO!!!!
0:08 that voice Crack 🤣🤣🤣
😂😂😂😂
There was a question about the wrestling Mount Rushmore the other day - it’s very hard to see these 4 stood there (flair, taker, foley & bret) and argue for anyone else….absolute pillars of the business and so much respect for each other.
Not that hard to argue others
Bruno savage or hbk hogan Austin. Or rock
He finished a match he died in twice! What a stamina!!
You’re not wrong lol
It's nice to see everyone pay their respect to a legend of the business but I'm sorry I'll never be convinced that it was worth it at his age. The match wasn't good it was like watching a 73 year old guy with a beat up body in the ring. Oh wait it was a 73 year old man out there. I grew up watching this man do his thing in his prime and that wasn't worth the risk. That was not how I wanted to remember the Nature Boy.
Sad spectacle or a fitting tribute..little of both!
Yeah I agree his match with HBK was the best send off. But it sounded like Ric wanted to show his grandkids who the GOAT of professional wrestling is before his life comes to an end. Sure he wasnt prime RIc but i bet his grandkids/children loved seeing him in the ring one last time. Its a good memory for him and his family So i cant hate him for it.
Not how you wanted to remember him? ANY FAN WOULD BE HAPPY TO SEE BRETT HEART HAVE ONE LAST MATCH ANY FAN OF THAT PERSON WOULD LOVE ONE MORE MATCG BUT SADLY THOSE CANT GO BUT RIC PROVED EVERYONE WRONG EVEN AT 70 years OLD YOU CAN STILL GO!
@@KudoShinichikun WOOOO
@@KudoShinichikun go? He looked he was going to die. The man is a legend and this was hard to look at.
So nice to see him be able to accomplish this. To the haters complaining, he's a grown ass man, and he was on death's door. So if having this as a "carrot" on the end of a stick to motivate him to get in shape, and enjoy life, I say rock on Mr. Flair. And if that conflicts with the narrative in your fictional wrestling universe from his WWE retirement, well, that's your problem.
Jay lethal always know how to carry ric flair during a match. They had the best match back in the early days of impact wrestling
He had the perfect send off after Wrestlemania. It was an amazing match and such a good story. Perfect tribute on Raw too. Such a shame he just doesn't know when to stop. It was sad seeing him like this. He can barely walk let alone wrestle and was out of breath just walking down the ramp.
i wonder what kid rock said to him
You ever get a piece of Pam? Did she like Space mountain?
At 2:18 does he say, "I'm going to pass out"?
I think so. And he did seem to pass out after he rolled to his side.
Tabor hill? Didn’t realise u watched wrestling
Love you, brother.
It's cool seeing all the legends in one venue-
He took one suplex, looked like he died and spent most of the match on his back, this was a travesty as expected, I don't know how he conned so many big stars into turning up
as he should, these days you get people taking 50 suplexes but running around like nothing happened...
F it's called selling something modern wrestlers don't know how to fucking do
AEW
bro you try taking a suplex IRL and then moving around 🤣 It's oldschool selling plus the guy is 230 years old you want him to be doing hurricaranas?
@@Hellraiser988 nobody sells a suplex for 10 minutes, he literally looked like he died, he couldn't get up again without assistance, this is not selling
Ric Flair in 2022! Whooo!
Woooooooo waaaahhhhh 🥺😖😩😢😭😭😭 we missed you Nature boy Ric Flair thanks your for everything respect ✊
Went out on his terms. Didnt let anyone tell him it was over. Hes telling himself. Thats how a real man goes out. 👏🏿

Ric is the Sinatra of the wrestling business.
He did it his way!
I respect this so much. The first of its kind.
Love it!
#ricflairfan4life
To see a man who is obviously old enough to be a *great* Grandfather, involving himself in a so-called "final match" 15 years after his retirement from wrestling is not worthy of respect, but of ridicule.
Congrats ric flair your one of the best and my favorite wrestler
Top honors of respect ro Mr Flair the love for his sport is incredible. I believe we will see one more hopefully this time in WM.
Don't rule it out!
