This is a great price to this condo! But I would want to know what the property tax and condo fees are.
That's one of the bonuses to owning beachfront property here in Manta Ecuador! The HOA for this unit is only $170 monthly and the yearly property taxes are less than $300 bucks, for the whole year! But I would say that Costa Rica is overpriced, the beachfront of the US is overpriced, Toronto is overpriced and others lol Manta Ecuador is still a great opportunity to find less expensive beachfront real estate, and with big savings on property taxes etc!
