Good video... Like the emphasis on no tools necessary to remove o-rings... I also have the redesigned Motivx oil filter cap wrench (and the original version) and find the new one to be superior. As long as you change your own oil and follow the torque specs neither the plastic not the aluminum oil filter cap should give you any trouble for the life of your vehicle. Pro tip: get a set of plastic picks to remove and install O-rings.

It should be the same for all the 2014+ 4Runners, but I don't have any of the 19+ around me to take a closer look at.
T4R.org is a good site to get more information on that from people that own the 2019+ 4Runners.
