Only reason WCW had bigger "stars" is because they brought them with more money than what Vince was willing to pay. An yes AEW only had two shows. One was better than both Raw and SmackDown combined for that week, an the other was more or less a house show. An AEW does have big stars, Jericho and Moxley are former WWE guys lol.
AEW just has no history...no reason for the WWE to be worried. Its always some company taking them down WCW, ECW, TNA and now AEW yet no one ever takes them down.
The closest was WCW who had every star and every resource available but still could not.
Now AEW is suppose to come along with less stars and do it? As an industry wrestling is less popular now.
Not to mention WWE is at its biggest by having its own network and a billion dollar fox deal.
AEW is no where near close to being the dirt on the bottom of WWE shoe yet. Why would they worry?
WWE could simply step it up and be edgier...if both were even on the same level as fans or talent which they are not....WWE charges $10 for a network full of wrestling history and free ppv monthly.
AEW charges $40 and gives you legless guys in battle royals. Then failed WWE mid card talent.
