- Stephanie McMahon is Chief Brand Officer of WWE, a publicly-traded (NYSE: WWE) global media company. In this role, she is responsible for WWE’s Brand, Community Relations, and Pop Culture strategy, which includes celebrity integrations and partnerships within the entertainment industry. Stephanie represents the company as its global brand ambassador, and also plays a character who appears regularly on WWE programming.
Among her many contributions, Stephanie has been the driving force behind WWE’s women’s evolution, which has given female performers an equal share of the spotlight both in and out of the ring. Prior to being named Chief Brand Officer, Stephanie was Executive Vice President, Creative and was responsible for overseeing the Digital and Creative Departments. She was also the first woman to lead WWE's Talent Relations, Talent Brand Management and Live Events businesses.
She is a member of the 2017 Class of Henry Crown Fellows within the Aspen Global Leadership Network at the Aspen Institute and is also a member of the 2015 Eisenhower Fellowship class. Adweek has included Stephanie in their list of the Most Powerful Women in Sports for the past three years. She was named a Stuart Scott ENSPIRE Award Honoree at the 2017 ESPN Humanitarian Awards and was selected as part of Sports Business Journal’s 2017 class of “Game Changers: Women in Sports Business.”
In 2014, Stephanie and her husband, Paul “Triple H” Levesque, established Connor’s Cure, a fund dedicated to fighting pediatric cancer. In partnership with The V Foundation and Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, Connor’s Cure has raised more than $2 million to date. She is a mother of three daughters ages 11, 9 and 7.

Gotta be honest Ed, I'm not one for crying but my god I sobbed during this interview. It reminded me of the goodness in people, the heart that exists & when you said just your effort can inspire someone, it resonated with me because I've seen that happen in my life many times. Thanks for gifting us with this content, it hit me hard & I think there are many moments from the video that I will never forget & will use to push me forward.
Conor's cure portion really hit me as well. "Turn your dream into a goal." That's huge I think. I also enjoyed listening to her talk about where her family came from. You're changing the world for the better with this channel, Ed.

This is such a raw, multilevel passionate interview and seeing Stephanie out of wwe character was truly incredible. This interview was amazing. I have this bookmarked and I downloaded it from iTunes! I love WWE and Stephanie was the first person I saw when I got into wrestling and I've been a fan of her ever since. She inspires me so much. I'm a 17 year old girl and when I saw her on my TV at 13 years old, ever since then, she's showed me that girls can be an Executive, they can have a voice, and that we can do anything we set our minds to. Because of her, I want to go to be an Executive one day at WWE Headquarters and be a wrestler too. She and her husband are truly inspiring and motivational people.

"Training is my church" 🙌 Fantastic interview! WWE doesn't always get painted in the best light. This interview really highlighted the inspiring journey of Vince building WWE into a phenomenal global brand and all the positive, impactful things they are doing in the world. Stephanie McMahon has become an intelligent, savvy business woman with her finger on the pulse of societal change. Coupled with her generous ❤ that makes a great leader. I met both Vince and Steph on seperate occasions and they were were very kind and personable.
Great interview! 35 minutes in Stephanie says that she went to a conference years ago and the speaker said, "Social Media is 1% of everyone's job in the company." She brought this to Vince and he said, "Social Media is 100% of everyone's job." Then implemented a social company wide social media plan. Powerful branding advice.

Oh my gosh!! This has got to be the best I've ever listened to. For the 1st time ever I took pages of notes. I always say I'm going to go back and take notes but this time I knew what I had too do and that was grab my pen and notebook. WWE has held a special place in my families heart for a season so it was great to hear the thoughts and love for the fans that this organization has. There is so much genuine in what they are doing which seems so crazy because the wrestling is not real. But regardless there's something so special. I love Connor and I won't get to personally meet him until Heaven. I love how passionate Ed and Stephanie are and it seems like God definitely had a divine connection planned that day on the tarmac. I cannot wait to see what comes next and I hope to be a part of it!! God bless both of you for the deposits you poured into me today. I'll share this interview with so many!!!

None of that stuff is phony. However I would argue that much if not most of how WWE presents itself from a PR perspective (including Stephanie's precious women's evolution) IS phony.
ALL IS SCRIPTED AND STEPH ,PAUL AND VINCE ALONG WITH THE WRITERS AND ALL IS LIKE A SOAP OPREA. ONLY THING DONE IN THE RING. NOT ON THE FLOOR THAT YOU STAND ON. SOMETIMES. AND THEY TALK TO THE WRESTLERS IN THERE EAR PEACE. AND WHEN THEY ARE SO CALLED HURT THERE REALLY NOT. GO BACK IN THE BACK GREAT MATCH. GIVE HIGH FIVES AND ALL. Not to sound like another fan but I love Stephanie McMahon and hearing her talk about things like Conor’s Cure are amazing. She went into such depth in this interview and even spoke about the negatives in life like feeling so down you don’t even want to function is SO important to me.
