There are 8 missiles but effectively it's actually 4 :D If it's not lightly armored or SPAA, you have to fire at least 2 missiles and sometimes you even fire 3. Even worse, if you see 8 vehicles on the ground and just you fire 8 missiles you'll probably get 2 kills lol. It used to be an annoying helicopter, but now the missiles don't even find the center of the target, they either hit the top or the tracks. Ka-52, Mi-28 or Apache have missiles with a range of at least 8-10km, man, even the Pars 3 has a range of 6.50-7km. Sometimes even at 6.5km it explodes on its own. I wish Gaijin wouldn't screw something up.
if the missile explod in the sky it means the target is hidden or you'r missiles could n't lock cause like him you fired a missile from the side, if you'r heli doesn't face the target you'r missile wont be able to lock
Unfortunately it's right. They used to be very OP missiles, but now they require patience. They're nerfed and apart from that, if you can't see a whole tank or AA, it won't lock on. Because you can't guide it with a laser or anything else.
Did you mark the settings as "zoom axis"? Then make those values 100%, normally game sets 50 as standart. I think there are different multiplier settings for each type of vehicle, first in the helicopter you have to assign the mouse to zoom and then you have to set it to 100%. I made the same mistake.
@@GTAIVLoveryeah I set my mouse wheel to zoom axis and set all my helicopter settings including mouse wheel multiplier to 100% and it's still slow. I think it might just be a bug because I increased my wheel speed on pc and it's still slow in game.
@@GTAIVLover razer viper v2 pro. But I found my solution. All I had to do was write kMul:r=2 under helicopter_zoom{ in the war thunder controller files

Seems like pars missiles suck

It’s way too situational while the Kamovs can literally do anything perfect.
@@GTAIVLoverplay hot 3 then. A wait. 4 km range😂
@@gusty844 Yeah bro if even 4.30km range is okay then movement capabilities are worse.
how are you able to scroll that fast? I have the UHT with mouse wheel multiplier on 100% and i have to scroll 42 times to fully zoom in.
