That crunching sound when you were cutting in to the shell made my asmr tingles go nuts! As for the passing out, I completely understand. I have fibro, crpd and vertiginous migraine (amongst other things), which creates a constant feeling of dizziness. The constant dizziness is one thing, but I get bouts of actually fainting and I hate it. That sensation you described is what I generally call my brain whooshing. It feels like my brain comes loose in my skull and whooshes around and then I get this tingling down my spine, things go blotchy and the room spins and I faint. It's horrid. Sorry you felt so off.

How u felt could also be your sugar levels or blood pressure. Maybe worth getting checked for both diabetes (type 2) and high blood pressure.
