Hey guys sorry about the mic issues on this one, lot’s of wind and quite a few cars too! Hope you enjoy a sneak peek into one of the homes for sale on Billionaire’s row!
do i house from boston uk theres a really nice 1m house there and would love to see you in my home town
great house.; the bulletproof door sold it for me before you even stepped in! Im big on security! full a/c id a bonus; fireplace is incredible; decor tasteful; I just hope the windows are reinforced as well! A little too close to the neighbours for my liking - but cant ask for everything for the price.Great channel!
Didn't notice. Summer, looking great, you lost some weight 🤸🤸💫💫👏👏👏👏
Amazing house. I would have to spend the £10 million in the Surrey hills to get more house & land, then ask the Chauffeur to drive me into London when necessary (or maybe use the chopper!).👍
Yes… I have recently suffered a lot of wind issues…..know exactly how you are feeling matey!!
for 10mil id want neighbour house to be much further than 2 feet. Can literally shake hands from window to window 🤣🤣
Well it is London there ain’t much space 😂
@@rubyerinl4287 who?
Nah invite them over for dinner and Netflix😂🤷🏾♂️
@@ridwandahir6274 hahah
Yes, Bishop Ave is already a very good residential areas, places like Mayfair, it cost more and your car still parked on the street😂😂😅
I never fail to be amused by what can be done with lots of money and very little taste.
Absolutely, footballers dream house.
The architecture is amazing, it's the only thing holding anything up.
@mitre - people invest so much money on location and architecture but neglect the inside. Considering the price, I would have thought there was room in the budget to fill the space with something a little more tasteful? Each to their own etc etc.
You can achieve minimal without cheapening the outcome, whether it's staged or someone's personal furnishings. Just observation really, no judgement.
People always say stuff like this but style and taste is such a personal thing, I'm sure there is stuff you'll love that I hate. You can see this house is to sell. The styling is neutral and non offensive. My issue is people say stuff like this then I see their house and it ranges from just as bad to much much worse!!!
I disagree it looks beautiful but obscenely expensive.
For 10mil I'd expect more wow features inside the house not just outside.
Totally agree
your getting a bullet proof door!! lol
czcams.com/video/zuRG0nCcJ-U/video.html
@@aymankamel8025 A beautiful villa inside a prison country. Thanks but I think I'll pass.
Welcome to London.
Pretty underwhelming for the price tag. Aside from the pool area it has no wow factor, the interiors are very ordinary throughout, kitchen lacks the quality you’d expect in this price bracket(Siemens!?), principal bedrooms should at least have full walk in closets, bathrooms look like something you’d find in a 600k Redrow. But it does have a bullet proof door so there’s that...
So agree, the standard of the house is poor for the price bracket. Especially some of the bedrooms, looked cheap
I totally agree.
Ten million Pounds and no lift? No cinema room?
The so-called gym is tiny. Whoever has 10MM would demand more sophisticated machines that would necessary have to go in the bar/chilling area.
Siemens? Miele more like.
think 8mil of the price tag is because of the area tbh
@@goodladmanny6337 always been over rated. The developers over paid for the land.
1:10 “the door is bullet proof, no one is getting in.
Me: “what bout the windows ?”
Lovely house if it were priced at £2:5million. For a house priced at £10million I’d expect more of a wow factor, the bathrooms were just too boring and basic, in fact the whole house lacked any sense of style or imagination.
The two of you did a great job though in the presentation of this house, you did your best, but the house itself was the let down.
I agree, however the location constitutes for a large amount of the price tag
right..no to even talk of the fact that the house doesn't have an elevator/lift for easy access through those high staircased floors😪
If I was paying 10million I wouldn't want to see any of my neighbours houses let alone have them looking over m y garden. For that much money I'd want the right to walk round my garden.................NAKED!!! P.L.U.R!!
True. Large and boring, very boring. Perhaps it’s the rushed presentation, but for 10 million I expect a lot more wow. Also surprised they didn’t show the summer house. Did more for the garage, and the (only one) fireplace than any other part of the house. Disappointing.
I know this house and was looking forward to getting a look inside. Now five minutes in touring the most boring kitchen, which would be fine if it was the second work kitchen, that's a problem. You have endless amounts of boring space, magnolia with magnolia and filled to the rafters with cheap furniture. Every bedroom has a cheap bathroom without even a steam shower roomie sight. Located at the less valuable end of Bishopswood, they could have tried a little better.
loved it but you barely showed the pool and spa section would have loved to see more of it
czcams.com/video/zuRG0nCcJ-U/video.html
I agree. Matt barely took a second over that office (or the swimming pool and spa room).
Why? You can't afford it so why does it matter
It was rushed
@@macncheesebubblegum4536 😂
i really like how when you both come out of the rooms you always show us how you came in one room and out of another so you can actually imagine walking round the house xxx
This is literally a McMansion. It's surrounded by other houses exactly like it. Like glorified council housing.
Yep, working class dreams.
as an American it looks very much like most new build suburban homes. a little but larger as most are 3 floor, not 4. but overall a similar look.
I was expecting a grand piano to be in the second reception room, but no. Instead, they bunged one in the garage.
There's an upright in the main seating area
pretty stark & cold, sharp-edged isn't it, and no colours..
czcams.com/video/zuRG0nCcJ-U/video.html
my favourite thing about bishops avenue is the 40mph speed limit. its must be one of the only residential roads in london with a speed limit of 40mph. interestingly, all of the 40mph speed limit signs are wearing away and you can hardly see them, so most people think its a 30mph road. for some reason, the council isn't changing it, and i think its becaue people are known to drive very slowly up the avenue to admire the houses.
another interesting thing is that if you visit this road, hardly any of the houses are actually lived in, and there is major construction happening on roughly 50% of them.
Don't mention it too loudly, or they might cut it down to 20mph like many others!
I imagine the space sizing of the property and the abandoned houses have a lot to do with it.
Agreed! Every single time I drive down the Bishops Avenue I wonder who would want to buy one of these mega expensive homes to live on what is basically a busy main road with buses stopping all down the street too. Same with Avenue Road at Swiss Cottage.
I've walked down this road, just weird and soulless with a bunch of mostly empty mansions. Not to mention it's a main road and is quite busy with traffic
I walked down the road several years ago and near the end of the road are houses from the 90's that I think the Saudis bought because of the gulf war. Such a waste.
@@slickrick320 I thought it was a waste when the UK regime destroyed Libya but there you go
I love the amount of space but it's pretty soul less. I wonder if it only lived in part way through the year
Most likely. Overseas developers and owners that hoard space and hike the price of houses and ones surrounding. London becoming a bit silly with that

Surprisingly not the most incredible house in terms of features or interior design, but the rounded architecture is really cool !
Thank you so much Matt and Summer for your videos !! Even if the house is not that impressing, don't take it personally obviously ! Your work is amazing and it is such a pleasure to be the little mouse that enters these incredible properties to find out how it is on the inside. Keep on going ! :D
You can see far better for a lot less but it is London.
You should of gone to Specsavers

I love how simple the design and layout is of all the rooms. Not too "showy". Has a nice, modest touch to it.
Being a born and bread Londoner I was surprised to hear bishops avenue is now called billionaires row? It’s always been known as millionaires row and billionaires row is in Kensington and Chelsea
What’s the point of bulletproof door with all them ground floor windows :)
I was thinking the same thing lol
Bulletproof windows exist too.
@@venom5809 they don’t exist on that house though!
For 10 million I don't want to be hearing a busy road and neither do I want to be up close and personal to a neighbour. Great presentation, well done guys. I hope you visit Manchester and see some of our millionaire rows facing nature
Would have liked to have seen more of the pool and spa area. Felt a bit rushed but amazing house x
The Bishop's Avenue has been ruined over the last few decades as the nice Arts and Crafts houses and farmhouse type homes have been levelled and replaced with atrocious mega mansions, mostly bought by post soviet oligarchs and dodgy sheikhs that are hardly lived in for most of the year if at all!
Damn shame!
Much prefer a Georgian gem on Church Row ,Hampstead.
Yep they obviously don't come here to wash their dirty money! They come here to get ripped off on property
I’m sure yours is better and strictly UK regime oligarchy
Thank you for the tour, what a splendid house and I love the round design, makes it unique and so good to look at inside and outside.
10 million oof, I wonder how much the house would be worth in a different location, like Belfast for example.
In north Herts/south Cambs maybe 1 to 2 million ? Regards Lord w
Developers really cheaped out in this house for those of you old enough to remember a lot of the furniture looks like it came from MFI.
Totally agree they went budget and expect 10 mil I’ve seen way cheaper houses with high end materials
A dream house, and best comment from Matt, 'hopefully same room as yours' 😂👍
Nice to see a modest and clean design for an expensive home. Much better than when they try to make it flashy and it becomes unliveable
10 million next to a road and no privacy it’s a no from me
I'd move the dining room to the circular room at the back & put in a round table, plus repurpose most of the top floor rooms.
At least this place wasn't all glitz, but pretty tastefully decorated & furnished.
czcams.com/video/zuRG0nCcJ-U/video.html
London homes are becoming less and less affordable. You pay more for the “name” and the location, instead of the house. But still a cool property nonetheless. Amazing duo Matt & Summer!
i still wouldn't class this as affordable 30 years ago...

London is so overated
Why are they an amazing duo?

10 MILLION AND OTHER HOUSES ARE RITE ON TOP OF YOU??? NO THANKS
Even for this location, at that price no thanks.
There are $100 million apartments in NYC, they sit on top of or next to other apartments so...
Always wondered what the inside of these houses on this street looked like.....this house is amazing, thanks guys!
Yes, amazingly naff
Literally the cheapest decked out house in London. They literally had seaman’s refrigerators in a 10m home what a joke.
I think it was just staged for viewings and nobody really lives there
10 million and houses right next to you?!
I understand its London but having 30 ft space between houses at these prices are a must.
yeah , it's not private at all , i mean you pay 10M pounds ,come on
London house prices are mad, i mean Belgravia prices can be like £30m.
@@henrypusey5437 in talking about privacy , not the price
These houses have been knocked down, rebuilt, remodelled and extended from the original houses on the plots hence not much space between.
Look kinda private to me 😉 i feel like it's actually nice to live next to someone and not be isolated especially in our time . Look like they can't really see from their garden it's just close by..
WOW!!! The door is bulletproof, but the adjacent single pane window isn't. Definitely worth the money lol
Happiness has to intrinsically come from within and can not be leveraged into place long term through the material world.
Try harder
Alright Gandy
has to be the saddest 10 million pound house I've ever seen... house nearly hugging the neighbour, no spacing at all.
Having to crouch and bend around doors in narrow hallways and closets just isn't quite good enough for this price range. The entire house should be grand not just some parts.
Thanks for that flash of the floorplan. Really helped me get my bearings.
Thanks guys. Nice house although the kitchen was a bit dark & disappointing & not a fan of bedrooms with sloping ceilings. Quite claustrophobic for me.
Think about 5 million of the value is due to the location. That house in America would be about $450,000.
Kentucky probably.
House prices in London are crazy
So you're comparing London to where in America? How much would this house be worth in the good parts of LA, New York or Miami??
Most places in the UK it would be under £2m outside London. You'd probably get a better work-life balance for doing so too.
I feel a lot of these properties just exist to be vaults for foreign money. They may not be builds for actual occupancy.
10 million should guarantee a 1 mile radius to the next neighbour, at least 10 stables and a house that doesn’t look like it was sponsored by IKEA.
Already saw this house being toured by CZcamsr Patricia Bright back in May! It’s a lovely home
Yap
Amazing and stunning house, love the fireplace and the circular architecture
Thanks Matt and Summer for another great video
czcams.com/video/zuRG0nCcJ-U/video.html
That fireplace is hideous
For £10m I would expect not to be overlooked! Very bland! Bishops Avenue has so many abandoned houses even if I could afford to live there I wouldn't.
Most of the houses on the Bishops Avenue are owned by foreigners and they’re just one of their holiday homes. They’re empty most of the year even before Covid-19.
I don't particularly like the exterior of this property or the staircase.
However I do think it's been tastefully furnished...& It's uncluttered & understated.
I love the little lights in the master ensuite bathroom.
A pool is always a good thing to have....& this one is a decent size.
Would have liked to have seen inside the summer house.
czcams.com/video/zuRG0nCcJ-U/video.html
that looks like a baby grand piano - so definitely not top of the range, even though it's a Bechstein so it might be worth as much as the car
No elevator ? What a shame…🤣
How vulgar.
I can’t decide what’s more basic, the interior design or the content the creators are adding.
Bishops Avenue just isn't a very nice road. It's usually full of building sites, and is just souless. Also near a main fast road (can hear the traffic in this video).
We designed and fitted kitchens in 90% of the houses in Bishops Ave back in the 80s & 90s when it was known as Millionaires row.
I’ve driven along Bishops Ave a couple of times over the years & the excesses of flashy wealth in this day & age is bordering on the obscene imo.
(Most properties are owned by foreign nationals btw)
I said the same thing living near there 🇬🇧
If I had 10mil, to spend on a house, It certainly wouldn’t be near such a busy road 😱
Exterior of house is unbelievably beautiful 😻
People be complaining about the houses price; it's perfectly priced for its location and magnitude. You guys are forgetting this is only meant for the very wealthy; probably only like 0.85% of the population residing in England. Average people buy houses worth 300 - 500k while probably not even having atleast 20% of it in their bank, and then there are millionairs that would buy this house without a second thought.
Seriously I prefer my own, and I'm as happy as Larry.
What year was this house built? Personally, I feel the interior is too monochromatic and rather boring!!
Seems very closed to the neighbours and on a very busy road, you can hear the traffic noise in the garden. I am surprised that the kitchen/dinning room area is not set up for caterers as it seems that kitchen and dinner as far when you need to avoid the sitting room.
I live in Golders Green and drive past these houses all the time. First time i seen inside one! They look great! Although the neighbours can look into the garden!
If this was anywhere else in the uk it would be about 4 to 6 million, london prices are ridiculous
Please do more houses on Bishops Avenue 😆 love the vid
czcams.com/video/zuRG0nCcJ-U/video.html
"The door is bulletproof , no one is getting in"
Reminder: no thief’s come from the front door 😏
Love the fact the living room is separated from the kitchen. I hate this new trend with them being attached
I enjoyed watching the Video Tour. A very nice House 🏡
Furnishing if it's included in the price tag looks so cheap does not do justice to the house
3 min finest fireplace ever...what a statement
Yikes, yeah 10,000,000 GBP doesn't get you very much in the UK housing market. My guy had to go into the "walk-in closet" waddling sideways. 😂😂
I remember when the The Bishops Avenue was known as ‘Millionaires Row’ 😀
czcams.com/video/zuRG0nCcJ-U/video.html
‘Probably the same room as you, I hope’! 😂
Great tour again, bedrooms/bathrooms seems a little dated, 10mil, not gonna hurt to spend another mil to do the bedrooms/bathrooms up once you bought!!
90% of these houses Aren’t lived in. Just bought as investments, possibly rented on short term agreements periodically
Not into this property but this price tag is definitely built on LOCATION. Bishops Ave is unique in its location as it is so close to central London. This house though, not for me for start, I really do not like loads of boring brick work its something that I'm really picky about no matter the size/price of house.
They might have iron gates, cctv and a bullet-proof door but i know for a fact that the owners keep their spare key under that plant pot.
That's magnificent but where's the cinema room???
Asking the real questions 👆
And where's the laundry room.
I think the best feature of this house is the front and the fireplace. I got bored b4 the mid point of the vid
czcams.com/video/zuRG0nCcJ-U/video.html
And a Grand Piano in the Garage! "Hey Daughter, Go in the garage and practice your piano lessons so no one can hear you. And be careful of the car fumes!"
The kitchens so big but the fridge and freezer are tiny 😂😭
After seeing Guy Phoenix and his stuuning 'the knoll' property, sorry to say it and i dont want to come across arrogant, but everything else just doesnt cut it! this house is stunning but not a faction of the size and quality of THE KNOLL, a 10mill house that is more about the postcode if i am being brutal. If i ever make it,i am going to get a Guy Phoenix property, his team of developers are just on a different level. On a sepearte note, Summer seemed a bit lacklustre in this tour, perhaps you guys are doing too much and pushing yourself too hard? please take it easy and dont get sick. I love the chemistry that you two have, your the best.
I agree with you 100%. I’ve watched the episode of The Knoll twice now and nothing else compares really, considering the style, design and price.
Agree with this too
I realize location is everything, but for that kind of price premium I would want more privacy than that lot has to offer. for 100000 pds I dont want my neighbors to see my back garden while im in there . Its just me though. still crazy house lol.
It's a detached Mansion in inner London, not some exurban spread.
for ten million id expect no neighbours haha
I never said no neighbors but for that price my neighbors shouldn't be rite on top of me. If you guys like that in London great I just think it's overpriced

This was fun to watch! Love the vibrant energy you both have here in this video! Last few videos were very low energy!
The home has a good vibe too. I was just in this area yesterday 🏡😍
Imagine paying that kind of money for a house and needing the glass to be bulletproof-almost like flaunting your wealth makes you a target and is not worth the stress.
It’s beautiful inside- love the white decor with the wood
60% of the homes on this street are owned by hard-to-scrutinize shell corporations registered in foreign tax havens like the Bahamas, Panama, and the British Virgin Islands. The house prices are greatly overinflated for a reason.
And people wonder why there’s so many new builds in the making across London with no tenants? It’s all a front.
Bang on pal - the street is a money laundering paradise! Great once upon a time (70s / 80s) now just an over inflated residential road with a load of empty buildings! No thanks!!!
All those rooms and they didn’t have somewhere to put the piano so they dumped it in the garage 😂
