I enjoyed this video, but coming from mom of nine with 6 epidurals, 3 natural births and 1 c-section, the natural births are the quickest although the labor pains are inevitable but the birth is quicker than the others. My c-section was swift but I didn’t like being numb in movement. So when that time comes for you, please go the natural way.the epidural slows down the birth. In my opinion, because of the meds. But enjoy the process of carrying and giving birth. My first child was stillborn even though I had an epidural.
