Just made the pasta dish. I added a couple cloves of garlic to the sauce before I blended it. It was so good & it was cool knowing exactly what the sauce is made of! I also added a lil spinach to my chicken sausage pan when it was almost done cooking. Thanks for a new staple in my dinner rotation 👏🏽
Thank you I have a even more saving time tip. Kodiak sells those pancakes in the frozen section already done and packaged as three. Having some this morning.
Absolutely love all your meal preps!! I loved how you incorporated a freezer prep. They work wonders. If possible, and it’s in your schedule and budget, I think you should add more freezer preps (dinner and breakfast) so when you come home you’re all set. Just pop one in the fridge to thaw before work and boom you’re good to go when you get off. And it could give more time to make new meal prep vids. Keeping the freezer stocked as well.

Wow super healthy u hid the veggies in ur sauce and added delicious sausage:) the pizza looked simple but best part packed with protein and has a delicious salad on top.
