The problem is, I don't enjoy going out drinking, not do I want a girl who goes out drinking.
It's best to find a partner when enjoying hobbies. Drinkers have a distinct advantage here, and alcohol is a great social lubricant and the Japanese will be much more open to talking with you.
So again, much more difficult for those of us who don't care for drinking.

The first guy looks like someone at my language school. I'm not sure if it's the same guy or not though. I'm also a white guy in Japan, though I'm 39 and bald, though I do have blue eyes. I guess it's somewhat easier dating in Japan than back in America, but because of my age and bald head, it's not as easy as I'm sure it is for younger guys with hair. Most of my dates have been with older women, though I have gone out with some younger women as well (like 16 years younger than me). I think that if I weren't bald at least, I'd be more popular with women, but being bald really is a big negative I feel. And because of that, I'm really not confident, so I can't really talk to Japanese women, and of course they don't try talking to me usually either, so it's kind of depressing I guess.

a friend knows this guy he met him at shibuya what’s funny is that most of what he said is BS. He doesn’t have friends that work in bars lol…he just goes to bars to bust a nut every weekened. He is not a player but he does take fulll advantage of his white privileges The only thing he said that was true is that he just sits in bars and women walk up to him …but he isn’t successful all the time…especially when a blonde blue eyed guys in the bar because he does not get the prettiest ones if that happens. So don’t sweat bro it’s all relative. I bet you do better than me and i do better than some other dudes. The whiter and younger you are the better the less white you are the worse. It’s a harsh reality unfortunately it’s just true everywhere the only difference is that japan is an ethnic country so you go up by several points if you’re a western dude

I'm 31, and bald, and my success rate with women has gone up massively. Just stay in shape, grow a bit of facial hair (not too much), and be confident. It does help to have a good shaped head though.

If it's really an issue for you, you can work on it. There's many different ways to get at least some of your hair back, if not all.
Minoxidil, Finasteride, dermarolling, ketokonazole, etc.
The channel "More plates more dates" has great videos on this topic.
