  • David underwent a cosmetic procedure to gain some extra height going from 5’7 to 5’9, which he was very happy with. David admits that the recovery was long and hard, but he’s very happy with the results and shares that he would do it again. Orthopedic surgeon Dr. Kevin Debiparshad shares that it’s a popular procedure in his practice, but ER physician Dr. Travis Stork shares that it definitely sounds extreme.

People need to understand that breaking a bone from an injury is not the same as a surgically controlled break. The former has a lot of other trauma associated with it that can make the pain excruciating (like damaged nerves). The nerves in our limbs are physiologically inclined to extend which is how we grow taller during puberty. The operation keeps a majority of the nerves intact and slowly stretches the broken bone. If you can afford to get it done from an experienced physician, this procedure isn't unreasonable at all.

    - Workout and stretches (No weights)
    - No Fap (or just limit the frequency per month as much you can to boost testosterone level hence more GH production) Best: Do once a week.

    - Good Sleep
    - (Edit) - I started jogging for 40 minutes daily. 20 Mor and 20 Eve. - 14 August.
That's it. Even if doesn't work. You are still going to get a good shape. So chill up and enjoy doing it.
Just measure your height and don't measure it again unless you do that for at least a month. In case if it doesn't add height you won't lose your motivation. By that time you would already have passed 21 days and it would be in your daily routine as a habit.

It’s worse being a short guy than a short girl. A girls height doesn’t matter to guys at all. I’m 5’6 but I had stunt my growth of my long bones pretty severely during my teenage years. I was supposed to grow at least a few more inches but I took accutane to cure my chronic cystic acne which was extremely painful. I use to wake up with a bloody face. The worst thing about that condition is it gets worse the longer you have it and less likely it is to be curable. The doctor gave me two choices; either I keep the cystic acne and continue growing or I cure the acne and stop growing. I obviously didn’t want to deal with the pain so I choice to take the accutane. I personally don’t care being 5’6 but people treat you differently. You’re treated as disposable as a short dude. I don’t know if I will ever get the surgery but it’s always been a burden to me.

I remember at school, ALL the boys wanted to be the tall guy. No one every wanted to be the short guy. I'm kind of average height, but I always envied the guy in my class who was 6-3 by the time he was 15, and always glad I wasn;t the one who was still only just over five feet. You could just see how differently they got treated every day.

The only way to like people being shorty is by being a clown.. :c I hate being short...Girls see you like if you worth less than taller guys.. Even if im stronger than the average man..

lol then stop trying to find love at a party or club. Im not particularly surprised girls are judging since just like guys, just looking for a date. Want a real girl? Travel, at work, go to *casual* social meets related to your hobby/skill, or if you are looking over the internet, then socialize on dating sites that suits your behavior i.e introvert/shy/outgoing/extrovert etc.
The best way according to my friend is hooking up with a friends friend lol

To what end? Could you say the same about a 5'2 man? Where do you draw the line then? You don't even know who that person is and you're already assuming they're negative in social interactions. In reality you know nothing about that person.
Oh and women do judge men on their height all the time. In what universe do you live in where they don't?

well three things . you're a chick so no man will care about your height as long as you're willing to put out. some pervs even want a very short chick. secondly. you're not a dude. thirdly, a surgical break is vastly different than a break occurring in an injury where the damage is unpredictable. if you had 2 decades of women rejecting you, snickering at your height, not giving you the time of day, being the brunt of short jokes....decades of abject heart wrenching loneliness...you might give it a chance.
