      Many thanks, I have been researching "breast implant surgery cost in india" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across - Pencarlett Uncomplex Preponderance - (should be on google have a look ) ? It is an awesome one off guide for discovering how to boost your breast size naturally without the normal expense. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my co-worker got excellent success with it.

    Great demonstration on the difference of the types of implants. The talk about identifying a ruptured implant and knowing one of saline is that it deflates. But how would a client know if and when rupture had occurred with the silicone? What signs are evident to that happening?

      Your immune system will drop, you'll experience autoimmune diseases like Lupus, Fibromyalgia, artritis, etc. never go for a mammogram it could increase the silicone to spread. It's safe an ultrasound or MRI. Breast implant illness or ASIA is formally called now.

    I'm getting 560cc moderate silicone implants placed under the muscle in a couple of weeks. My Dr. suggested I go with a moderate plus extra because it's more cohesive and it fills the upper part of the breasts more (at an extra cost of course) I asked my Dr. if I could go with 610ccs but I don't want to be a DD I prefer a D to a full D. (I'm currently a 34B) He said, after looking at the 3D Vectra machine, that he could do 610ccs and my breast frame can tolerate it but he said 560ccs will look much better for my body. Will I notice a difference between 610cc and 560cc?

    What are some causes of ruptures?

    • @DrSchulmanplasticsurgery
      @DrSchulmanplasticsurgery  Před 5 lety +9

      Ruptures are likely related to a manufacturing defect in the shell of an implant. The implants are very strong and they will not pop even if you drive over them with a car. The implants are warrantied and the companies will offer new implants (at no cost) if there is a rupture.

    • @atsilawaya
      @atsilawaya Před 5 lety +5

      Dont do texture. Textured now has been recognized to cause a higher amount of infections than smooth implants. Just go to the FDA website and read their full article on implants in general. Also to answer your question textured implants aren't smooth on the outside and are especially popular with the teardrop-shaped implants because of the texture on the shell of the implant it has a less likely chance if shifting and moving from the original pocket the surgeon placed it.

Just think about if a plastic bottle of water is sitting inside a car for a day and the heat make to evaporates the water...what could it happen to the breast implant made of gel/silicone sitting over important vital organs with a temperature above 98 24/7? I don't think this will be an "ideal implant" for the human body...

Before, I had my testicular sac distended and expanded to prep for saline implants in 2004 and had 2 60cc implants added to my testicular sac after I had both testicles removed. Shortly after I had silicone breast implantsdone. Since both are due for an update, I'm thinking of going silicone all the way, but it's an issue for the sac implants. I've heard of intraanal testicular implantation. An incision in made in the anus that leads directly unto the sac, and can be stretched( and my anus is already very large) to allow silicone implants. I'd like yo to get to 90cc if possible. Is this something your officer offers?
