First, don’t remove the gravel base. I would bring in a couple of vibe rollers and compact the gravel. Then bring in a tar truck and then put some B mix down as a base layer. To finish it, put down C mix which is like black sand asphalt. I would think you would pay about 40 - 45k for the whole lot, but it will look great. It’s a great business investment and won’t take too long to complete. Congrats CD.

Hey, what you need to be concerned about is where the dumpster trucks front wheels rest is where the ground/concrete need to be strong to handle the weight. If you don’t do this the truck will destroy your asphalt. If you want more information I can provide it.

My large driveway was $11,000 to pave through a company that is owned by my friend. Your lot is at least 4-5x larger. I would say you’ll be between $60-70k
My guess 20,000 . Might want to run conduit for lightning poles before you pave have to be at least 3ft deep trench

Instead of replacing the front door, you can cut the old jamb out and replace it with a 1x4 and trim it down to fit the spot, you will have to rout out the back for the weather stripping

Congrats on the progress! The exterior doors should have at least composite lower jambs, if not a full composite jamb. I don't install anything but those styles. The cost a little more upfront, but are worth it I the long run.
I'm on business for myself as well, and my lawyer said that LLC isn't the end all be all if you get sued, it's your business insurance that is the best protection per his advice. And his previous specialty was insurance lawsuits.

should not have to bring in gravel or do too much grading of the parking lot, $8,000 to $10,000 and it should be done in 1 day after all equipment arrives, if you needed it very thick then maybe double that price.
Hey instead of doing asphalt, look into spraying glue over top of the gravel. It may save you money and still look professional. Just throwing ideas at you guy.

I used to work for a lumber yard. Everytime a concrete truck needed to clean out, they came to the yard and put the concrete on the rocks. They basically would do a little at a time and by the end of the year, the driveway was all concrete.
