She can’t decide whether to play with it or eat it. I had a Bassett hound when I was young and she was so sweet. She had Bassett puppies at one point and that was awesome. So adorable.
What a gorgeous girl, she reminds me of my old girl Daisy she’s 13 and still going strong, my oldest basset yet. Love these dogs they take a piece of your heart every time they look at you!
Oh yes the look she gave me the first time we met got me. She was about a year old. She knew she had found where she wanted to live and kept coming back and staying longer and longer. I would leave and she would chase me down the driveway and wait for me on the porch until I got home. It took me a while to find out whe she belonged to and then I just asked if I could have her.
Aw she's savoring the moment! I had a border collie who would bury her treats in plant pots in my backyard so she could save them. She loved treats so much shed save them for later and then forget where she put them. When we removed the plants to move house we found over 300 dog cookies
