I played this song on my smartphone and downloaded on New Year's Day. they played this song during the beginning of the movie "Disorderlies" starring The Fat Boys.
I used to have a reading problem. i used to read their name very wrong on little cassettes that we had on this tiny tape player. It was my favorite tape.
I remembering hearing this for the first time on Mr. Magic’s rap attack radio show on WBLS. I was a fan of the Fat Boys so i was excited to hear a brand new track from their latest album. Such great times to be a kid.
I was listening to this song back in 2004 when I got fired from a pretty good job but the song made it feel like it was okay because it was like a Fat Boys moment where they had goofed up but everyone knew it was going to be okay in the end lol
That Bass is funkkyyy, reminds me of Toejam and Earl, mixed with the bouncy drums, love this album, mostly just hardcore fun rapping over booming drums, REAL music, one of my favourite albums.
One of my favorite joints. R.I.P. Prince Markie Dee and Buffy 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
Playing NES, blasting this on my boombox. Nice time to be a little kid in 1987
