the thing that helps me get over some one is no communication with them at all. I've found out that the only reason my ex wanted me in my life was to use me for things because he knew I still would. We dated on and off for 7 years and we started talking again after 2 years of him having a kid with someone who turned out to be really toxic. I was finally over him when we started talking so i thought itd be okay even tho i knew there was a small bit of hope of us coming back together and stayin and i got feelings for him again and it just turned out bad and recently he only talked to me when he needed something but never answered when i needed him, and ignored me a whole week. So I knew 4 weeks ago that I should just cut him off and not let him back in at all. He would say he isn't toxic, but I am for leaving all those times but what he is doing now has felt toxic and very off setting. I just couldn't take it anymore. I've been a lot more at peace recently with my decision knowing i've put the pin in it and he's gone for good.

I actually just got on the shot as well and I’m 25. I’ve heard about the mood swings and that it makes you fat which are the downsides but I hear it’s amazing for people with really bad periods. I don’t have a terrible one but I still did it to see how it works 😁

Those birth control injections (all hormonal BC) come with a lot of long term risks and potential side effects, some you don’t witness till years later (regardless of how long you’re on it).

After being on birth control for a long time. I switched to hormone replacement therapy. My doctor said it would be safer for me.

I used to have really bad periods too .... same symptoms as you. I had about 1 good day a month!!! My doctor put me on birth control pills. Unfortunately, both my girls had my same periods as me and they went on birth control pills too but I called them period control pills !!!! You would think that the medical field would have this problem under control.....Love You

Rosie.... Look into what is going on - maybe endometriosis. Lots of things that cause severe pain and irregular cycles can also cause infertility. Don't wait till you are grown and married to figure out what's going on cuz it can be too late to save your fertility. I learned this the hard way.
Also, don't let someone tell you birth control "regulates" your cycles. It's just masks underlying issues that usually come back once you're off of it.

Just be careful. Many people lost most of their hairbsue to a hormonal imbalance after stopping birth control. It has a lot of side effects. Adjusting your eating, exercise, sleep, and water intake can make a huge impact on how painful your periods are.

I have the same period as you its awful I take midol and use hot pad too. I cant do birth control cause I am allergic to it. 😣 so I do need to find something else to help me.

The stories portray Rosie as a downtrodden "obedient" young woman with a husband and small child. I am guessing he is some sort of a religious fanatic or a woman-hater. In any case, he got blocked. Probably because there were complaints about him. Now he is harassing Rosie using various accounts he has created. Be careful of guys like this who won't take no for an answer. They are dangerous.
