    I have to tell people the more raw fruits and veggies the more healing and pain reduction!
    I hope somebody reads this tries it and realizes the truth of this i would almost say you can potentially heal R.A. As well as many other conditions.

    I was diagnosed with RA in November 2017, quit smoking in May 2018, and started a vegan diet in January 2019... BEST decision I ever made! Not only for my RA. I lost close to 40 lbs, dodged Type 2 Diabetes, and lowered my blood pressure. Additionally, I have had 3 of my RA meds dosages lowered and one discontinued. My fatigue is still existent, but nowhere near as bad as it was. I'm very happy with my decision.

    Ali, congratulations to you. I have psoriatic arthritis and I went Vegan and it was the best thing I ever did for myself. I suffered for years! I was able to go off my meds so I am happy for that. I am so happy you got your life back and was able to lower your medication. You are a lovely young woman and very full of life. Take care of yourself and I wish you the best!!

      @@irisxkx Try the AutoImmune Protocol to find out what foods you are sensitive to. Note this is not the same as Paleo diet! The AIP is based on science to find out what foods may be affecting your immune system. It could be dairy, eggs, meat, grains, fruit or anything. The idea is that your immune system has been triggered by something in the past and you are now sensitive to it (and will be forevermore), if you can cut out those foods you will be much better - but first you have to find out what those foods are which can be very difficult. For instance, no one could figure out what celiacs were sensitive to for hundreds of years until WW2 when they noticed that during a wheat shortage, no celiacs were dying in hospital!

      If you want healing try Dr. Goldner protocol 14-28 days and you will almost completely heal. No cooked foods during this time, only raw fruits and veg 28 days. Drink plenty of water, make a blender full of green smoothie 3/4 pushed down kale, spinach,
      1/4-1/2 cup wholeflaxseed then 1/4 frozen fruit or fresh to make it taste better. I promise you will feel better and or completely heal. Try for 28days i promise you will not regret it, you will feel better your pain will reduce or eliminate.

      Just follow the AIP (Auto Immune Protocol) diet regime. You could be sensitive to anything and the AIP diet is designed to find out what foods your body does not like. Don't just go with a special diet or program (its like playing roulette) - first identify the 'bad' foodstuffs for you and then remove them from your diet - use science not fads!

All the food I enjoy eating are becoming my worst enemy: French fries, bread, pasta, sugar are the food triggers my inflammation and joint pain. I plan to see a doctor soon and see the results. I believe strongly that we are our own Drs . If we listen to our body and pay attention our lifestyle, we will be able to manage pain and control our health.

    As much as we all strive to be medication free, it’s worth remembering that all of the blue zones have modern allopathic medical care, the development of modern medications correlates with an increase in lifespan, and when I inadvertently “shame” it’s usually because I want total control over my own life, and someone else’s experience has thrown that into doubt. (If you need medication then maybe I would too, and dammit I really wanted plants to be 100% of my solution!)

    • @TJ-bn2cn
      @TJ-bn2cn Před rokem +2

      You would like a solution, I’m sorry but there’s only management. I will say that you could be making it worse by taking natural medicine that isn’t regulated and there’s no scientific evidence of it helping anyone. There different regulations within different countries, so it’s good to have caution.
