This title really drew me in. I have the same problem. NO more freezer space. I pressure canned 26 pints of salsa today because there is no more room for any more tomato sauce in the chest freezer or either of freezers in two refrigerators. A lot more work than tomato sauce (see the easy tomato sauce video on my You Tube channel Two Homesteads ). will be doing peaches and a strawberry peach jam soon.

I highly recommend learning. I actually enjoy it and it saves food especially if there's a power outage. Less food is lost in a freezer. 😊

When freezing you should use vac and seal to remove all the air. Nice viedo.
