Its been a hell of a day heck its been a big ole shity week. Family, friends, exs,, kids,test results alone. At 58 I absolutely know that no one is coming to save me and make it all better. Hey girl! Wow! You are right of course. Feel like I have been crawling… but also trying to figure out how to do things differently- all of my signs are fixed!! The outer world is triggering right now and trying to balance that too. Survivor to survivor I care. I believe a very high percent of women are but only about a quarter even know it or realize how it has affected their life. I believe trauma is at the base of chronic illness, depression, immune deficiencies, allergies and on and on. I have been researching how it alters the immune system growth in a young child and tooth loss in older age for myself. I was trying to just figure it out and discovered how our bodies are different from non- PTSD people. It is alarming and now I am looking at how it affected COVID deaths. Our society does not want it spoken of but it is our society. It is time to speak. Let them call us crazy but we will be trailblazing and getting healthier and it will crack them open too. Some real hard hard wounded shells out there right now that may never crack but again it is our choice . It is not easy to face where we have been but we have to look so we can choose the right path forward. Accepting where you are so you do not have to look will come back and bite you. Only through our journey of many years do I finally understand. We must support each other and in doing so strengthen ourselves. Love to you and what a good one! 🥳🥰😇

Love the reading and so true.I pretty much stay to myself but at a time I sniffled to a lot of people and your right it shows weakness or others see it as weakness.At a time I complained about the things I went through so much I got tried of hearing it lol.That was a huge sign.Then I just complained to God.I finally just let it go and when things come up currently that bother me I ask myself if it is something that is worth fighting and if not I realese it ask fast as I can !

I’ve also noticed so many readers always state Leo’s are the Karmics always and they always use Leo’s as examples during their readings I don’t understand that and that’s no shade that’s my experience. Some of the other readers really seem like they hate Leo’s why I don’t know. They act like we don’t go throughout things because we’re more and likely leaders and confident. I remember watching one of your older videos, where you were speaking on your traumatic experiences. I remember feeling my focus sink into you, and strongly connecting. I was surprised at the level of care experienced within me, for you. Surprised because I was experiencing an extremely low phase at the time, and I thought for sure that my cup was dry with a hole in it, and that I had no more empathy left in me. I found out that there was still something in the cup.
