wow... what a great property.. love that you can put crops on the property, you can get a tax credit for that. how about putting down pickleball striping on the tennis court, you would be the king of the neighborhood. i can do some good damage in that kitchen for sure. my girlfriend is a baker, she would love all the countertops. i love my off-set smoker, it would go well with that outdoor kitchen. this entire video makes me wish that i was part of the affluent so i could be part of your circle of influence.
