It's called manipulation. Jada is constantly doing things to publicly hurt this man and causing him to react in certain ways. Is he responsible for his own behavior, of course, but if someone is supposed to love you, why would they publicly embarrass you on multiple occasions? That's not love. Will needs to love himself more and move on. It may hurt when you give unrequited love, but you shouldn't stay in a situation like that if it's going to damage you in any way. I'll never understand why people stay in unhappy relationships for years, you're just cheating yourself from being happy or having peace in your life.
