Just reproduced it....not so precise...obviously... that s lovely...thanks a lot for the tips and for showing us some technics.
This pepper looks very, very hot! It is amazing how cold or warm paintings you are making. The ship uner the sea - I was cold when I saw first part of procedure. Then you added some warm fishes and little dolphins and the painting became friendly... I would love to see you paint one more scene under the watter.... Br form Slovenia.

Question: what acrylics are you using, cause they don't seem to dry at all?? I feel like my acrylics dry in 5 seconds when the paint hits the canvas so I need to do everything quickly. If I did the background like you did I would have to be really fast

It is very difficult to show smoke
Really it is a very hot painting
one color and one brush - you can do it. Just make sure to use clean dry brush when you want to thin out part of the smoke
