@@bluebleach8902 there isn't an anime. This was made by a new studio which made this to show what they can make and how good they are.
I have heard that they got help from a bigger studio or something to make an anime out of this but I'm not sure if it's true.
This is the most elusive animation I've ever come across, when I look it up I literally find like nothing about it anywhere, which is a shame cuz it looks amazing and I really wanna watch it lol
Look up "Studio Tumble", there's a channel by that name on CZcams with what appears to be everything (currently a few PVs without release dates, a ~20 minute piece giving some backstory on Alita and the dragons centered on the archer's story, and the original 2016 graduation project where Alita fights in an open field).
Its on youtube the studio made 4 episodes as a animation exercise

The animation style is really something, it has a bit of that moving sketch quality of Tower of God, but then has the most yet done look of FLCL. I can't say I've seen anything like it

is this from an actual anime/animated series(for those, who are picky about the "anime" title), or just some fan-animation of a book or something else? I'd really love to know the story :D

So the story is this is actually 2 "movies". The first is called Alita's Trial. It's a 5 minute animation featuring that red haired girl. That was what was shown in most of this AMV. It came out 3 years ago and was made by a chinese animation studio. The second movie that this AMV samples from is A Bedtime Tale. That's the transforming black dragon. It's a 20 minute animation that came out I think a few months ago.

A Chinese animation!? Well that explains why there's so little info of it on the internet. Still from what I have seen Shadow Driver is a sequel, what's the name of the first one, and where did you get access to the anime, we all want to see it.

What is "Dragon Heart Girl: Shadow Diver"? Oo I Can't find that Anime anywhere. Only this AMV is showing when I search the ANime.
It's three seperate chinese animations from studio Tumble. You can look up the channel Donghua Reviews and his video The Duality of Fire, where you can find the link to these three videos. Unfortunatelly it doesn't seem like they went on with this project. I'd love to throw my money on them.

I hate that these amv people are using this as if it were their own. Putting huge watermarks on it, giving barely, if any, information about about the original, linking eachother and their merch stores. It’s disgusting. Like at least it gets more recognition by being posted on CZcams but what’s the point if you can’t even link where it came from??
