I have a part time job in a nut factory and you are not allowed to bring food on site that contains nuts because .... I'm still trying to figure that out tbh.
So we throw away a lot of stuff a crazy amount of food waste it's gross, pre covid we binned about 40k worth of food wholesale price, because of a problem with a product labelling machine, it failed to print the allergens in bold and long story short it wouldn't be fixed on time to relabel, so it all went in to the bin, rather than people being allowed to take it home, because again, you would have nuts in a food factory and that is a big no no. Even if it's packaged and you are just walking out the gate with it.
TLDR I work in a place full of nuts.

Some of these are just odd, but not indications of people being stupid. The moose one makes sense, obviously it's a store in moose country, and they've had issues with moose wandering into the store. Yeah, that actually happens in moose country. The 'organic bread' one is also just flat out true, if you slice both non-organic certified and organic certified produce with the same equipment without washing it, it will void the organic certification. I can't fathom what's so hilarious about that, unless you don't understand, in which case it's more a reflection on the reader being dumb.
Coconut one is also a legitimate warning, like a 'hard hat area' sign, it's warning about a real hazard people might not be aware of if just passing by. The water hydrogen sign is clearly a science joke, again, if you don't get it, that's on you, I find it hilarious. Same goes for that 'please don't flush things down the toilet', it's something people don't realize causes issues, but also paired with a joke.
