Vietnam is very influenced by India but their culture is still very much rooted in confucianism/buddhism :)
Edit: I need to clarify I was not adding onto OP's comment about the resemblance in clothing. It just reminded me because I know that Vietnam's culture is influenced a lot by India, and the daily lives of citizens in both countries, and how various aspects of Vietnam's society have been significantly influenced by India's culture. Even though there is resemblance in clothing, the ao dai's origins are from East Asia (china, koreas, japan) because Vietnam is historically and culturally part of east asia as well. @@7663226 Actually in recent years, it’s pretty common for young people to wear more “modernize” version of Áo dài like in Uyen’s video. Even if it’s more loose, it is still our áo dài, actually, most of our traditional clothings are pretty loose, like áo nhật bình, or áo tấc. There is also a big interest/demand for more renditions of our traditional clothings, not just áo dài, the new generation loves to find new ways to embrace our culture, so stuff like these are getting more and more common.

Hers aren't traditional or "normal" áo dài. These are more modern and abnormal áo dài because they're much more looser. Normal áo dài is more skin-tight and the slits on both sides are higher than the kurti.
Google áo dài and see how it really looks because I hardly see women wearing her style. Since she tailored it, she chose a super toned down style that more resembles a kurti (Indian) rather than an áo dài.

Blue one gives me 1920-1922 vibes - so obviously lovely.
The soft pink is your perfect color.
The Flower dress: it has a zipper, you might’ve able to gain enough space by putting in a slightly wider zipper.
The green one: I don’t love the two shades of green together, a headband or hat or other head accessories in the shade of the pants might balance the outfit
(and you need to treat your silk better. Those wrinkles can get stiff and eventually break. Hang it in the bathroom when you take a hot shower. The steam should do most of the work for you)
