Today we're flying to Singapore onboard Qantas' A330-300s in economy class. This is actually my first flight on a wide-body aircraft and my first flight that is out of Oceania, so this was pretty exciting for me.

Oh that boarding music is so not good !! Wish they would change it to something better .
Sadly the meal is yet another victim of cost cutting in favour of maximising Alan Joyce’s bonus pot.
- where is the tray?
- no appetisers?
- packaged processed dessert instead of catered / fresh desserts from the catering company?
- you just get a main course….and bread….not even with a tray
Etihad did the same thing a couple years back to cut costs and was met with poor customer feedback, they have since reverted and meals back on tray with appetisers again
They make too many announcements and interrupt you watching stuff. I don't care what the weather is like at my destination. What am i going to do about it? Ask them to turn the plane around? Shut up!
TBH the meal looks awful and not dissimilar to a standard prison meal. That's the disdain this airline has for its customers. Ironically they play that stupid ' be respectful' to rack other woke announcement and they serve that rubbish up.
