This was awesome. I totally flipped my opinion on Blessing after hearing his story and how he's had similar journey as Francis Ngannou. Guy probably thinks he's living in a dream daily. He's super high energy but shows humility and genuine desire to realize his potential in bodybuilding. Pretty brutal workout, don't think I would have had made it through the pedulum squats at the end.

The Pendulum squats are actually the most beneficial for quads on this leg day. Can skip the leg press and Squat and do the Pendulum Squat.
