@@voluspa1954 fair point, but he is only singing in japanese, when being the feature on other bands. He is half American and wants the lyrics to be english, in order for other countries to understand the lyrics better :)
Another great song from Coldrain is Feed the Fire.
Too underrated. That chorus actually hits a note with anyone including non metal heads or rock fans for that matter.

Coldrain the best band right now coming from Japan. The lead singer was a Army Brat and his father left him behind in Japan and he was singing metal songs at a Bar and the band recruited him. Plus Watch the Anime Fire Force!!! This song was used for one of their Intros!

Remember hearing this opening when watching Fire Force, and my mind was blown to find out it was Coldrain lol! Every Opening on that show has been good, but this one was def the best. Sadly it gets slept on, and the first one gets all the attention from most the FF fans

Alex since we're already there, it‘s time to dig more into Japanese Metal…two newer all female bands would be Nemophila (start with Dissension) or Hanabie (start with We Love Sweets), also go again for Maximum the Hormone but this time ALIEN or if you want to go old school again try X Japans Kurenai (one of the 90ies live versions) or Luna Sea (their earlier stuff)!

Here some general recomendations: Band-Maid, Lovebites, Mary’s Blood (to get the usuals out of the way. Baby Metal doesn’t count due to male instrumentalists), Ironbunny, Fate Gear, Aldious, Bridear and also the new Gacharich Spin is very tempting…as a start!
Coldrain is such a good band and the singer is learning more techniques which is shown on the newest music they have released please do more

Coldrain was my most listened for 2020, theyre insane
They're my second best band I listen to our of Japan, first being maximum the hormone. Watched a concert of theirs, blew my mind how easily they transition from interacting with the crowd in Japanese then sings in English. They said they write all of their music in English because they wanted to be heard globally. Good stuff.
