Grant didn’t even start running until high school. Imagine how good he could have been if he started running earlier
Sometimes it’s better to start later rather than overdue it at a young age.
I love watching these high school kids get to run in places where they get some recognition and support ..back whenever I was in highschool I never got to run anywhere special or notable I won my state championship in cross country as a freshman and I use to throw down with the best of them but I never got any recognition or invited to run in the meets where the best kids from all over the country get to show their talents...Im glad these days are different and that these kids are getting more opportunities they work really hard to do these things and they deserve to be in a spot where they can make a future out of their talents
How can you commentate an entire race about Grant Fisher and not point out which one is Grant Fisher a single time? Would have been much more enjoyable if I knew who to watch from the start.
