Handing down the "crown" to Foster as head coach when the ABs so obviously need an innovative and dynamic leader was really disappointing. The ABs shouldn't even put on a pretense of an interview when the outcome is already decided apparently. I hope the ABs do well with Fozzy but I'm not getting great vibes with the Fozzy/Kane team right now.
Some of the backline defence in SRA is absolutely shocking. Beauden Barrett and Damien McKenzie are converted 5/8s playing out of position at the back, with predictable results when they're required to tackle anyone larger than a halfback.

I personally think Aaron Smith would be a great all blacks captain, good at communicating and amping up the boys, also being in half back position would make it a lot easier to communicate to both the forwards and backs

It is Reds vs Brumbies there. And the Waratahs also still can do it. That's why AU is a good competition, too. Aotearoa obviously has higher class, it has more speed and power. A SA competition would be quite interesting, too
