Abhi you truly are living the motorcycle enthusiasts dream.
Life could be worse, my friend!
Thank you for the very honest ,informative and concise review!!
Thanks for watching!
Excellent review one of the best I’ve studied this spike upside down inside out. You had every mark you right on brother.
Thanks so much!
A new Griso....YES!
I bought a v85 this year (3rd guzzi) and I told the wife that if a new Griso comes out, that she can expect that too.
So...the rider triangle is more relaxed than the V100?
Well aren't we all la de da travelling to Spain for bike launches and schmoozing with the factory reps, hahaha😜
No, good job mate and nice imagery.
Keep em coming 👍🏼
Haha. Yes, yes, we are! I've been very fortunate to be able to attend press launches for about a decade now.
Some companies have given me grief/temporarily banned me due to negative reviews, but that's life. I just want to keep riding motorcycle sand sharing my thoughts, good or bad.
Thanks for watching!
How would you compare it to Africa Twin?
Great review, Abhi. The Stelvio appears to be a nice alternative to all the chain drive machines in this category. Had I not already purchased a V4S Ducati Multistrada, I would be looking at this bike. Love the Guzzi drive train layout and handsome Italian design asthetics. Too bad we don’t have a local MG dealer anymore.
Thanks for watching! It'll be interesting to see how many Stelvios will sell this year - unfortunately, there are lots of riders like you that don't have a MG dealer nearby.
Hope you get a chance to test ride one soon!
Where are you located?
NE WI
@@Stradakat there is Reina in Milwaukee. I wish tytlers and moto union would pick up the brand !
Yes, aware of Reina but 100 miles away. Tytler’s is my local Ducati dealer. They also own Moto Union as you probably know.
Those Radar sensors are probably for fog, smog and misty rain like situation.
Great review...the only thing I disagree with was your statement that Moto Guzzi is targeting the multistrada/vstrom market.
Guzzi does not target anything, Guzzi makes Guzzis. A lot like blue cheese; it's not made for mass appeal.
Thanks for watching! I get the intent of what you're saying in that Guzzi often marches to the beat of their own drum but Guzzi employees at the press launch specifically mentioned the Multi V2/V-Strom 1050 as competition.
It would be cool to see a new MT-01
You referring to the MT-10?
@@HODGYMOTO He wanted to say MGS-01
@@brunocarmona4958 that's the one lol. Not the Yamaha lol
I'd love to see a new MT-01 and MGS01
Nice price😮🔥
waiting for a V100 Griso and a V100 Le Mans half faired
Absolutely. Give us a proper Guzzi street bike
@@brettgraybill2435 sadly ADVs are what sells nowadays but this engine deserves to be in classic sporty Guzzis
Amen! That's how I ended my review: "After spending a day with the Stelvio and reveling in its engine and handling, I cannot wait to see what they're planning to release next. Here's hoping the Daytona, Griso, or Le Mans make a comeback!"
Hell, I'm looking for a crashed V100 right now in the hopes that I can turn it into a homebrew Le Mans...
Cool review, what about tall riders (I’m 1,90 cm), I ask because you look quite tall…
You and I are almost the same height (I'm 6' 3") and the bike is incredibly comfortable for us. Over the years I've grown to appreciate shorter windshields so you may want to play with that depending on your preference.
@@IconicMotorbikes thanks! I’ll book a test ride then
I wouldn't hit a bull in the ass with a BMW. Go in a BMW dealership and the shop will be full of major breakdown issues.
Well, that's a phrase I haven't heard before!
They do seem to have quite a few issues with the newer bikes which is…well, odd. Never thought I’d see the day where Guzzi of all brand would compete with the Bavarians for dependability.
@@903lewthe new guzzis (last 5 yrs) have been really good, great bang for the buck.
@@gavinhassett479 Exactly! It’s a wierd upside-down world we live in!
