Crazy how Adrienne said she doesn’t like the sound of her voice but she carried 3lw and cheetah girls vocally
I say the same thing. She has strong vocals & was always was my favorite
you'd be surprised that most musicians do not like the sound of their voice* it's also why many dont like to hear their own music*. They actively avoid it. You sound completely different from your own headspace than from what others hear. You've recorded yourself on the phone before, right? You sound like a completely different person.
Uh, Naturi was the best singer in 3LW and that was the popular opinion back then. None of them could really sing though..

And this song includes what to me is Wayne's best feature on an R&B tune, which is saying a lot cuz the man's got a zillion of 'em.
Kiely's unique, mellow and youthful voice really shines And Adrienne Bailon kills it as usual on the second verse and when harmonizing with Kiely and Naturi Naughton, who'd left the group by the time this video was filmed.

Naturi and Kiely were the dancers of the group with Kiely having the slight edge. Adrienne wasn't a bad dancer for a popstar, but she could barely hang when they did more technical moves like footwork, isolations, and popping. 3LW actually had some strong choreo, much stronger than Destiny's child (before lose my breath). They don't get much credit sadly.
