Pleasurewood Chills Vlog 27th October 2019

- Join us as we head back to Pleasurewood Hills in Lowestoft Suffolk for the Pleasurewood Chills Halloween event for the first time for us and the first time doing scare mazes for the park since 2013
This event really impressed not only me but others that attended with its huge amount of theming and pumpkins around the park to its 2 superb scare mazes plus full line up of rides including the newly re themed Egg-Spress and to top it off a firework display to end the day and end the final day of the 2019 season
Unfortunately we didn’t stay for the fireworks during this extremely busy day but we did experience the 2 awesome scare mazes, Hobbs Revenge and Full Steam Ahead, 2 of the best mazes of the season, well worth a visit next year
Vlog and on ride povs are all filmed in HD 1080p 60fps using a GoPro with official GoPro Handler, please note on ride filming is allowed with correct equipment

Wavebreaker was running in the summer, the day I was there it kept breaking down. Egg express broke down few times too day I was there.
Another great vlog. I can only do boomerangs once. I even decided to miss the cred at Walibi belgium as I felt so bad after speed of sound I couldn't face it. Definitely need to visit pleasurewood hills next year.

@@Coaster_Crazy maybe it was because it was so warm and I was possibly dehydrated but I find the backwards bit too intense on every boomerang I've done. Will definitely do the one at Walibi belgium next year as I need the cred but will probably skip speed of sound.

I must be honest, I was operating EggSpress on this day, and it is usually two, but I was feeling nice as there wasn’t much of a queue for the ride, hope you guys had a good day! 😃 the reason why the lift hill was a bit well slow, was because a lot of adults where at the back, and that’s what doesn’t help, as it’s a “kids” ride but hey, they are apparently meant to be sorting that soon
Scott Varney thank you so much for the 3 lap special, we loved it and great to get back on it and it’s not a “kids” ride it’s a Zierer family coaster, there are loads of them and none have that problem lol 😝
Coaster Crazy I’m just going off what I got told aha, but let’s hope they fix it for the next season

Just did our local Six Flags in NY and it was awesome 😎 we wanted to do a small local haunted hayride but the weather was soo rainy we never could and next year I hope to try one of the bigger haunted house locations with 5 houses and Six Flags as well your vlogs always rock Andy “ send it” and enjoy
Great vlog Andy!! How do you get such a clear sound (no mic tapping sound) using the GoPro?!
BCH The Attraction Host I get the odd scuffle sounds as I move my hand but yeah I use a GoPro Handler and hold it in a way that I have less hand movements on it 👌🏻👌🏻
BCH The Attraction Host also I have the sound in stereo mode at all times, the GoPro audio is great but the mic is way too sensitive on them

Chris Pike yeah Hobbs Revenge was pitch black and themed around an abandoned mine with tight spaces and that’s what I find scary
The boomerang that was at Pleasure Island Cleethorpes was the exact same layout! Not the same coster is it?🤔

If you got to lightwatervally next year you should go for there haloween event the theming is much better and there is a scare zone and maze with a firework display at the end and it's not expensive and in some ways it's better then altontowers scarefest like the ,aze was better then project 42 but if you want to see some frightwatervally pictures they are on my instergram
Excited fans in vlog screams . And great mazes the park needs some heavy investment thought it needs some new rides a new dark ride or another coaster if that one is going or rethemed . Hope you enjoyed the mazes all happy Halloween guys

nick Barnett yeah I only went once this year, I don’t have a Merlin or Towers annual pass plus the park is 2 and half hours away
Marvel Madness will always remind me of 'King Solomon's Mines' back in the day of Southport and even Morecambe way back when!! Such a great park this!

Coaster Crazy how do you think it felt then, waiting in dark cramped spaces for 6 hours a day with that extremely loud music 😝😝😝
I wouldn’t be surprised if eggspress completely closes in a couple of years time. You could clearly see the train struggling to get up the lift hill; when I visited earlier in the year they were only filling it 2/3 full. As for cannonball express I doubt they’re selling it but it has seen better days so you never know. 🤷♂️
