In this video I review the Target Luke Littler darts. As most all of us know Luke recently went super viral and became an overnight worldwide superstar. After becoming the youngest player to reach a world championship final he then went on to win his first ever PDC title and hit his first ever PDC televised 9 darter. What an amazing talent! Great review on a very nice set of darts. Honestly Luke Littler has been simply amazing with all he has accomplished recently. 9 darter and making the finals in the last 3 majors with one being a win! Very hard to believe how much he has accomplished at only 17 years old.
My wife actually said to me that he should have a backup plan for what he will do after high school. This made me laugh a bit but she is always super practical. Who knows where Luke will go from here!

Obviously want to add these to my collection at some point. I've actually wanted them since last year (or year before?) during an event when he beat someone on the outside boards & did some weird monkey scream. Have always enjoyed watching him play. He brings great atmosphere to the game, especially to the Modus series, I've noticed a lot more players taking it as place to show off a bit. Can't argue how good the kid is, or his contributions to the game right now. But yeah, the price absolutely kills me. I can get a couple pretty things from Japan for that price! lol

Also upgraded the darts ( Dimitri Van den Bergh G2) with the 35mm Swiss point and short K-Flex flights, the grouping has improved so much

Target didn't jack the price up, they've always been £102.95 because the pixel grip is patent protected
They were £62 before the world championships started.
No they wasn't always been 102£

Keep in mind that we do not pay VAT here in the USA so the prices are always different depending on where you live. That being said the price has gone up. At least here anyway.

After i received my keane barry darts last week im so stoked on the pixel grip and definitely have to get a set of these. Still waiting for the K Flex no2 to complete everything🙂

I’ve been wanting to get my hands on these. I use the Rob Cross Voltage dart that have the Pixel grip and I absolutely love them. Funny enough I also put 32 mm points on them. To me they look like they have larger pixels than the Rob cross darts. Can’t wait to find out.

I once bought a set of Target Agoras because you did a video on them. Amazon happened to be doing a deal on this particular set. I don't remember what the model number is but they are uncannily similar to these darts
Do you ever consider with certain sets of darts to buy the soft tip version, if they make one, get them at 20-22g and use them for both soft and metal tip using conversion points?
Worldwide, really nice review. Which darts are more grippy; the Luke Littler darts or the Leonard Gates darts? The dart set-up you had made those darts really long. Thanks and keep the reviews rolling.
Definitely the Gates darts. Yeah, I wish I had a shorter set of K-Flex as the intermediate stems I had made them a bit too long.
I really enjoy the outs myself. About $180 Canadian.

£102.95 if you're in the UK and you pay VAT. I looked earlier and remember the original price. My immediate reaction was WTF.
Yeah, that's steep. You guys pay about 15% more than Americans pay. VAT is expensive!!
On ebay they are upto £150-£160

Thanks for the review, I've been curious about these for awhile now, should have pulled the trigger a couple months ago when I was thinking about it! They do look great. ATM i am throwing Shaggy 25g, I am wondering if you have a reccomendation for a vid review of yours to me to look at for something front weighted but maybe not quite as wide as these barrels, maybe a little less grippy too? Thanks!
I just reviewed the Loxley Baker darts and they're one of my all time favorite front loaded darts. They only go up to 23g though.

@@WorldwideDarts I couldnt find a Loxley dealer anywhere in the area, so I ordered a set of these on a whim (they have a similar shape to the Shot Warrior Rutene's, which I really like), so I figured I would probably like them. Really REALLY liking them only after a day of throwing, I actually decided to use them in my league last night and I set a league record in baseball (37). Just an FYI that the 23g are a bit wider, and definitely longer, they have 12 grip rings. I may try and get my hands on the 19g in a few weeks too, and see which ones I like the most.

Cool video, as usual. Question...could the flight down issue be from the longer po[nts or the intermediate stems? Think short stems or different shaped flights level things out? I just enjoy figuring out the mechanics of things. Thanks again, sir, informative as usual.
Thanks. I'm sure it all varies from person to person. I switched my grip up a little bit with the longer points but the angle of entry probably has more to do with the longer stems I used. My darts usually enter the board fairly flat anyway so no real difference with these darts.
They have them and the loadouts in most Argos in England that is where I got the gen 1

I really wish I knew. The only way to get one is to spend a small fortune for shipping from China. It's an amazing board though. Best I've ever played on

Cheers Sean. I'm not a fan of the new release. Nothing more than a quick money grab on darts he'll never use. On the plus side, Luke has brought a TON of new people into the hobby/sport so if people like the darts then they should support Luke. I think they're 90% tungsten so it's not really a bad set. I gave my Aspar to a friend but I loved that board. It was firm and held up incredibly well. Highly recommend 👍🏻
@@WorldwideDarts I want to add that upon further inspection of the new Dimitri darts I dislike the cuts. Those new Littler darts sure look totally different though. He is such an amazing darts player. Still waiting for Luke Humphries' World Championship winning darts... 🤞🤞🤞

If you can’t get hold of these or afford these I didn’t realise the set I bought recently may aswell come in the same packaging with his name on - the entire setup from tip to barrel to stem to flight is literally almost 90% plus a replica from Target - the Bolide Void model 2 - have a look and you will literally have as good as the same dart for half the price and still ultimate class. The rear grip is identical, the target logo area is identical, the design of barrel to tip is identical but just a slightly different style of grip - this is what stops it being 100% identical but honestly makes no odds, and then the tip is identical.

It's a decent set of 80% tungsten darts but for the price I would definitely head over to Darts Clearance and get any of their 90% tungsten sets for the same price

In my opinion i think almost all straight barrel darts throw better with a longer point and especially so if you like a flat lay and the under stacker dart

It's about picking the right dart for the individual, size,weight,grip etc, it does not matter who's darts you buy if you cant play you cant play simple, some people play and practice for years and there still rubbish,, I used to throw darts from Woolworths and beat players with ther fancy tungsten ones,,,talent, is what it takes
99% of the time here on this channel I promote that "great darts don't have to cost a lot of money". It's the main theme of this channel. But every so often it's fun to review the more expensive stuff. I have a soft spot for Yoshimura barrels but myself... I use a $20 dart from Darts Clearance.

What double are you taking out on 74? 91-17=74… what is top top option?
I had planned on going D17 if I missed. All just for a bit of fun though. Most people would probably go T14 or T18 with the second dart.

I have them, I am very satisfied with them, but I feel that after 2 months of having them, they seem to lose their roughness grip. Any advice Please?
Yes, grab and old toothbrush and take them to the kitchen sink... IMPORTANT... put a stopper in the sink as you DO NOT want to lose a barrel down the drain. Grab some liquid soap and get to scrubbing with warm water. The Pixel grip always gets caked with dead skin cells and the barrel loses grip over time. Clean them up and they will be good as new

Go with whatever feels right for you but just to give you some info... the average dart weight of the top 32 PDC players is 22.8 grams. So you really can't go wrong with the 23g version.
@@WorldwideDarts Thank you I just ordered the 23 grams. The LL darts are still available in the Netherlands. The store told me that wont be shipped until february 15th. Guess we are lucky in Holland that its still in stock. 👍

Most people will use them as they come, so I'm interested what you think of them as supplied
I put them together as closely as I could to how Luke uses them.
What size k flex flights does he use like the shaft size
Same as I used in the video. Intermediate
Why in some cases Target doesn't add the Swiss Point the player actually uses is beyond me.
I get some people may not like what the player uses. Be consistent Target. Just my opinion.
They have gen 2 Luke littler darts for pre buy now
Those are just another set of darts with his name slapped on them to make a quick $$$. Definitely not a Gen 2
