    Matt,
You’re amazing and I’m simply in awe at the fact that your videos don’t have more views. I’ve been studying for weeks on how to become a better mix engineer and learn Pro Tools in and out because I don’t want to have to pay someone for something I feel like I am gifted in. I have an ear for this stuff and I’m very creative. I love doing music production and mix engineering. I’ve only seen two of your videos and just learned more than the 20 I’ve seen alone. 😂😂😂😂🤣 Thank you! Definitely got a new subscriber! Keep up the good work! 👍🏾☺️🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🙏🏾

Hello Matt Reilly Productions! This is by far the best visual and 'easy-to-follow' detailed explanation of this confusing element in mixing. I'll still have to refer to this when I get to mixing my material, and I'll finally be able to 'understand' what the heck I'm doing!!! Thank you so much! Your time is greatly appreciated!! :-)

I think there is a step missing in the first creation of the AUX send. The naming of the Guitar Reverb to all one to actually select it in the I/O to then send the SEND to that Aux Reverb track, right?

Great video. Very helpful. Are both Pre/Post signals still affected by the plugin inserts on the original track/source? Thank you.

This is great and all, but it's also something to think about. I usually do film editing and I encountered this:
With POST fader, all you have to do is control the amount of SEND signal to change the reverb. You don't have to even touch the track loudness. The downside is that you can't get it higher than +12 dB and sometimes you need a lot of the tail signal and very little of the dry sound.
With PRE fader, that problem is solved. But now instead of controlling the amount of SEND, you have to automatize both the track's overall loudness, and the loudness of each individual clip, which is sort of double the work.
Trying to figure out which is best... maybe just create two sends per track? I don't know :)

I came for pre and post fader, but you out of the gate with sends. Waste of time.
