    Great idea, as usual, did you use roundedcorner box aluminum or square box aluminum in 3mm wall thickness. It's about $90 a length, so I wonder which fits best?

      Howdy, I used the common 32mm x 3mm mill finish square tube, not the radiused tube. My drop jacks were Alko, I would guess across the brands they're likely all similar dimensioned but you'd have to check to be sure. I'm not a fan of using a drill to lower the drop jacks so the bonus of the sleeve is it renders the drill option largely irrelevant.

    Can you also shorten the existing leg ?
    I often find that the legs are too close to the ground to fully deploy

      Great question Doug, i have a new van on order and ive spoken to the manufacturer about the very long legs, so im guessing ill need to look into shortening mine in the near future
