Eggless, No Butter, No Milk Bread Recipe
You can make delicious bread without eggs, butter and milk.
Frame size: 21.5cm (length) * 9.5cm (width) * 9.5cm (height)

Water 180 g
Instant Dry Yeast 6 g
Sugar 24 g
Salt 6g
Olive Oil 25 g
Bread Flour 300 g
Bake 170 - 180 c, 20-25 min
Ingredients 0:40
Baking temp n time 5:34
For my fellow people without scales:
-3/4 cup lukewarm water
-1 tsp yeast
-1 1/2 heaping tbsp sugar
-1 tsp salt
-1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
-2 cups + 3 tbsp bread flour OR 2 cups + 3 HEAPING tbsp all-purpose flour

Vegan Soft Bread
Ingredients
300g Bread Flour
180g Water (Lukewarm around 100 F)
6g Instant Dry Yeast
24g Sugar
6g Salt
25g Olive Oil
Time Duration: ~4 hours
Directions
Pour the lukewarm water and mix with dry yeast. Stir vigorously with a stirring tool.
Pour the sugar and salt and keep stirring.
Pour the olive oil in and stir vigorously.
Pour the bread flour and combine with a spatula.
Mix it lightly by hand kneading and turning it.
Cover it with a plastic wrap and leave it for 15 mins
After 15 mins, sprinkle the bread flour on top. Also, have flour on your hands and knead until the dough is smooth for about 3-5 minutes.
Repeat the motion in the video for about 5-7 minutes. Slam and roll.
Cover it with plastic wrap. Leave it in a warm place until it gets twice as it gets bigger for 1 hr.
Divide the dough into 3 equal balls; Smooth the dough into perfect ball shape by moving it in a circular motion
Cover them with plastic wrap and leave them for 15 mins
After 15 mins, flatten one of the balls and roll it out long ways into an oval. Fold left then right side like a burrito. One left flap towards the middle. One right flap towards the middle. Then, roll it up like a cinnamon bun. Then, cinch the ends. Repeat for all doughs.
Put the 3 dough balls in a baking pan. Press them down a bit. Cover it with plastic wrap. Leave it in a warm place until it gets twice as bigger for additional 1 hr. It should be very enlarged when done.
Bake in 338 F-356F for 20-25 mins. (depends on the oven)
Slam the pan on the counter a few times.
Cover top with oil then serve.

Thank you for the recipe!!! Tried it today and I spent almost 3 and a half hours. Easy and straightforward recipe and steps. I didn’t have a loaf tin so I use my cake tin and it works just fine

I followed your recipe exactly yesterday and the bread turned out wonderful. I am beyond excited as my previous 2 attempts at bread making wasn't great although still edible. Yours was soft and fluffy, exactly as per your video.

I just made it. And let me tell you this is the best loaf bread I made thanks to your recipe. Definitely gonna make it again. Your recipe is for a small bread loaf. I am gonna double it tomorrow cause I have 2lb bread tin. So glad that I don't have to use milk though. Just perfect.

Wow, the bread looks so good outside and inside! I am ok with egg, milk, and butter, but it is interesting to know that the soft and layered structure is more of the result of proper rising, kneading and folding rather than the ingredients. Thank you for the video!

Try add more oil n put in wrap in plastic to keep longer.
