- On day 54 of my rejection therapy, I asked my waitress to dance with me in a restaurant.

I dont know his wife but she seems like a phenomenal woman and a large part of what drives him towards greatness
you wouldn't expect this one to be an immediate "yes"
Absolutely loved this one. You made her day :)
This is why I did it in the first place. I am really really bad at dancing and singing. I wanted to challenge myself with my weaknesses. But going forward, I won't dance anymore... it gets old.
This is my favorite one- it's th emost uncomfortable you've been in the entire series so far.
It's not just beginning. It's been that way for 30 years. :) It's part of who I am.
I would say the hardest part of asking someone to dance or to a dance is that feeling that you get midway when you're about to say "dance". Your throat swells up, and everything feels much, much hotter. You know your locked in, so I would say the best thing is to just get it out. Tell the person you would like to dance. Sooner and quicker is better than later and longer. Of course, that's just me. Anyway, great video Jia! :)
1:00 Are you ok with me doing this?” Jia was waiting for his wife to give him a reason not to go through with this one. 😂 She didn’t save him, she was ready to record, that tickled me and I loved it! These requests are entertaining and I love your upbeatness and positive take on life
OMG, Love it! I smiled through the entire video!
2 surprising failures that led you to greater victory Jia :-) !
great job! and your new intro and outro is really good! keep up the great work!
Thanks for admitting your fear! That is a strength, believe it or not.
Thanks man. I'll look for that video. 100 days would be tough to come up with that many new stuff
nice job Jia by eyes have that tooo. You are being very consitent so thank u
Beautiful, Jia! You handled it well. I know if I had a wife and she were sitting there watching me - even if she said it was ok as did yours - I would have been so nervous!
my mouth just keeps opening wow! Im so pleased :) that just made her night she was so happy awwww
Nicely done!!!
Jia, I've noticed that when you ask people things that are seemingly out of the ordinary, for some reason they're more inclined to oblige just for the heck of it.
Good suggestion! I will try it.
Cmon Jia Jiang. I am your new fan here from Indonesia. I love watching you doing rejection therapy as it boosts my adrenaline rush. I wonder I can do the same. Best luck to you.
Foreigner? wow, who's being rude here....... Keep it up Jia! You're very inspiring and I look forward to your segments every day.
I love your crazy dancing
that's awesome!
That was cool that last girl did that. The waitress may have felt like she had to a little because of the tip but that girl didn't need to stop for you. Did you 2 dance for awhile or was that about it?
I can't believe you got a yes. Especially in a parking garage! In those situations women sometimes respond like they just got out of a self-defense class and I just got out of prison!
This is the most nervous I have seen him making a request.
haha this one was really awkward jia! i like it
You can see her in his first video, she is beautiful.
you're the G
Like the green shirt.
I did that on day 26. Check it out in my channel. In fact, the professor followed up with me and I will be giving a 45 mins lecture to his students on 2/13.
Another one for you ask if you can take random pictures with peoples family sooooo. Funny
I wish I came across this concept couple of years ago. Life would have been different.
So cute
Not too long. As you can tell, she was in a rush.
Do you consider Andy Grove American? What about Arnold Schwarzenegger? Albert Einstein? And what about your immigrant ancestors? Were they American?
Anyone know the song name?
She doesn't want to be shown.
Ask someone for a ride back home/or hotel if you are staying at one
You are more scared of the possibility that she will say yes
That's true, but since he had his wife there I'm sure they feel a lot safer being approached
I want t visit u I love in Vegas am a big fan
太棒了 ! 这个会吓的我尿裤子。
This is like playing truth or dare
smooth :)
gangnam style remix 2018?
Hahah such a good husband, even asked his wife permission hahahah.
Go to a school and see if you can be a guest teacher
In the beginning it looks like Jia's left eye is smaller than his right.
I would be embarrassed not to ask but to dance in front of people randomly at a restaurant.
I'm not having a dig at you, but I think if an American with an American accent did this, he would get a different response. People treat foreigners with a little more patience because they figure that the foreigner might not fully understand the customs and manners of the country they are in.
Well atleast us foreigners get one benefit for being foreign then. Usually we just get racism and stereotyped
While you are in Sin City, stop by Golds Gym and interview a female Bodybuilder!
Because he's in Sin City! Duhhhh lol
Comment
At this point, dancing with the waitress is worse than getting rejected
Hey I like what you're doing but I think you have an advantage.. Since you're a foreigner, when you make strange requests, people may assume you don't understand American culture, and therefore humour you so as to not be rude and offend you. What do you think about this?
Why don't you ware a wedding ring?
gangnam style? omg kk

Lol her name is Maria how stereotypical!
lol
He isnt American and has an obvious accent, how is that rude?
That was some of the most awkward dancing I've ever seen, but I wish it would have gone a little longer :)
I think the reason you were so uncomfortable for this one is because it's probably the first one where you actually have put yourself on the line for rejection. I don't buy that you wont ask girls on dates because of your wife, I'm sure that's how you rationalise it to yourself but really it's because that would put YOU on the line for rejection, and not a silly request like asking to plant a flower in someone's yard. Regardless, the vids have been entertaining at least...
not only that but a lot of his requests are towards people who are in the service industries or have jobs where the customer "is always right".
Could you stop doing "Dance-Requests" It hurts my eyes seeying your dancemoves.
