Guys it goes away after 2 days😭😭the first day is the worst day frrr trust me but it slowly goes away. Try sleep facing up in one position and prop something between ur shoulders and cheeks so ur face doesn't sway in the night. Trust mee
Went away for three days but those three days I was moving around. Just relax and do your day try to keep your head level though and will go with 2 days we promise

I feel comforted reading everyone’s comments. I turned in bed this morning and pulled a muscle. I’ve never felt pain like it. I was convinced I’d broken my neck and would never be able to walk again. @@sofifi_luv as much as possible, try not to move so much and relax ur body, take painkillers before going to bed, and if the neck stiffness gets triggered, massage the part that hurts until it goes away.. hopefully this helps and that you'll get better soon :((

I am a crazy sleeper, move around a lot while I am sleeping. This is the first time this has happened to me though. It hurts so bad that I have been bawling since I woke up. That's probably the worst experience i've had in my entire life
One morning I woke up and realised that I was unable to move my neck even the tiniest bit. It was the most horrible pain one could ever have. Every time I tried moving my neck, I would get a cramp in my head, leg and arms. I was horrified. This lasted for about 4 hours after which I went to a nearby hospital and got some medications and a muscle relaxing injection. The pain only decreased but didn’t vanish until the next day.
I recommend all of ya to see a doctor if you feel the same pain. It will not go away on it’s own.

The thing with the warm pack towel wraparound is brilliant. Ive been to PT so many times here in germany, where they use lovely mud packs before treatment which they squooge around the neck area to tuck it in with warmth. Feels so good on a stiff neck. Every time I lie there, I try to think how to get a similar construction at home. This is it. Thanks much!

I used to be ‘heavy metal’ head banger in the 90s, I’m now 50 and my neck has been getting worse every year. I didn’t get much sleep last night and I’ve tried all sorts of stretches. I’m now in a hot bath! Hoping it will ease off and then go back to bed. I’ll try these stretches too and keep up on using heat. I’m concerned about using ibuprofen gel when I’m on statins though, gonna have to check that out. Thanks for the video!
