- Join us as we head to LEGOLAND Windsor for our first visit of the 2019 season! With us owning Merlin Annual Passes, we were able to visit the park for an exclusive event, allowing us to be some of the first people to visit in the park in 2019.
In this vlog we share a mix of on and off ride footage from many of our favourite rides at LEGOLAND Windsor. This includes POV's from Atlantis Submarine Voyage, Laser Raiders and Ninjago The Ride. We also share off ride footage from many of the other attractions at the park along with taking a look at the different changes for the new season. This includes a construction update on The Haunted House Monster Party, a new dark ride opening in April!

Judging by the quality of the roof tiles and drainpipes on the Haunted House, it might not be there on the 14th April!

Im glad some areas and ridefacade's have been referbished and updated. Great vlog and very interesting.
The queueline for the Haunted House Monster Party looks almost as oppressive as the cattle pens for Saw: The Ride. Not quite the atmosphere you expect at Legoland. 😂 I can't wait to ride it though.

Thanks for posting this video, I haven't been to Legoland for a couple of years but need to go back when all the rides are open again (it is the closest theme park to where I live). It is nice to see a video that shows what is now at the park. Also thanks for mentioning about paying monthly for a pass as that is how I'm going to get one again, my last premium pass expired a couple of years ago so haven't been able to buy another one since as a bit too expensive.

1:15 It's because they are building a new entrance portal similar to that of other Legoland Parks.
I was actually on one of those yellow and blue Dutch double decker trains (like the one seen in miniland) when i watched this vlog.

Atlantis was closed in the morning when we went and opened at midday I think that's just what happens everyday, I don't think it's because there is a problem with the ride or the weather but yeah
They told us that the ride had a technical problem so I'm not sure!

Just to let you guys know, the section where the beach used to be was being used for character M&Gs over Halloween. I'm not sure if it will continue to be a character spot, but it looks like it for now. Sad to no longer work for the park, but it is looking really fresh this year!

They should start adding more merlin attractions to mini land like how they added Warwick castle to legoland descovery centre. They could maybe add some coasters from Thorpe park and Alton towers.

Making our first visit to legoland windsor with our little girl next Saturday, but worried how busy it’ll be! Using our merlin staff passes heard horror stories of people not getting in

I do love Legoland! I've lived near Legoland California my whole life, so it's special for me. I don't mean to sound biased, but Legoland California really is the best Lego theme park. Our version of Laser Raiders (called Lost Kingdom Adventure), while identical to all the others inside, it by far has the best facade. Anyway, I look forward to more videos!
I would love to visit LEGOLAND California at some point!
That Lego windmill was introduced in the early summer of 2018
And they do do an opening show on that Miniland stage!

This is my second year being a merlin premium annual pass holder! Im already in profit with myself! Going to chessington passholder day was my first time doing so for that event and im at thorpe park's next weekend! Im at chessington again this weekend so will have a look with regards to black buccaneer, seastorm and tiger rock if they are open or not
I did have a thorpe park annual pass for 3 years which i soon made my money back on

I really miss the star wars zone I loved going through there and seeing all the builds kinda like indoor star wars themed mini land but obviously not but they closed it cause apparently a situation where the partnership with Disney ended from what I heard

really interested to hear that you think the park is well maintained. We have been year after year with young children and I have seen damaged/ broken/ dull items that are still there each season. Really disappointing as I remember when it first opened and was bright and clean.
Hopefully they'll fix these things soon!
I have a feeling if SHawn Misses out on american dream. (now there saying September) Shawn and Alex will be back for a East Coast trip and hit up American Dream,Legoland NY, Hershey (Get the new B&M cred) Go to Dorney if they get a new rumored coaster and back to Great Adventure for some more El Toro action. (and also hit up some seaside parks)
We can't wait for our USA trips in June and September!

Edit: I have only been to legoland for only 3 mornings, and only once have I seen the construction. I have a premium pass so I can just come regularly so it’s going to be quite exciting. Actually, the day after I come, I’m going to paultons park, I have not been there in forever, any tips?

may I ask why Alex isn't in any of your newer Legoland Windsor vlogs and why I don't seem to see Charlotte in 2019 vlogs and earlier so far (I seem to be watching the vlogs the wrong way round as I'm in the Legoland Windsor playlist)
Since summer 2020 the channel has focused on the theme park adventures of myself and Charlotte, with occasional special guests. This format is set to continue moving forwards!

Book up on the National Holidays £120 with the entry fee into the park 2 days away bed and breakfast included well worth it I went with the little ones a couple of years ago now and really enjoyed it we are from Teesside

What puzzles me about theme parks is they will charge you the exact same entrance fee even when they know a couple of rides are not working that day for whatever reason shouldn't they give you a discount maybe yourself can answer this for me as you seem to know a lot about theme parks

Hey Shaun, I am a thrill seeker and I go to Thorpe Park and Alton Towers a lot. Do you reccomend me coming here as yes theres only a couple of “family thrill rides” but I can also see some fun experiences and that, Monster Party seems similar to HEX.
If you're looking for thrills, this isn't the park for you imo but there are plenty of full experience rides in this one
I reckon its worth doing if you combine it with Chessington and Thorpe Park over a couple of days
It's well worth visiting just to see it, however it's not a thrill park at all
I went there once it was amazing
It's a good park, it just gets very busy on weekends and in holidays
