Welcome to this video tutorial about how easily you can design a water network using the Water Hydraulics Design Module of Water Infra Suite.
Designing Water Network involves solving complex mathematical equations as it is necessary to maintain the required pressure at each Node in the network. The problem becomes more significant as the number of pipes in the network system grows. EPA Net is Proven Software for Hydraulics Design as it handles a complex mathematical model of solving simultaneous Equation. However, suppose you are working with a mid-size or more extensive network. In that case, it becomes tedious to design a network system in EPA Net as the information has to be fed for each Node and pipe individually. There are also many limitations in EPA Net, like comprehensive reports required for finalising the project, exporting the same to other software with compatibility etc.
To overcome this problem, ESurvey has designed Water Hydraulics Module. In the Water Hydraulics Design module Network, You can import Cad Drawings. ESurvey hydraulics will identify the nodes and Design the Network. It will also name pipes and junctions in an accepted sequence. You have the facility to create your library of pipes with the properties like material, diameter etc., and you can use only a set of pipes as required for a particular project. The most striking point here is there are no restrictions on the number of nodes or pipes to process. Water Hydraulic Module has a robust diameter optimising tool, which gives the optimised model while considering the vital parameters like velocity, pressure and unit head loss.

Change Nodes as Tanks / Reservoir
You can change any Node as Junction / Value / Pump / Tank / Reservoir. Change a Node to the appropriate type of Node. You can assign Input values to each of the Water Network Entities: Pipe, Junction, Value, Pump, Tank, and Reservoir. The software also supports bulk import.
If you have INP File exported from different Hydraulic Design Software, you can import the data from an INP File instead of a CAD File.
